    Good microwave. Has a few less features and (slightly less) the power than the one it replaced. Disappointed it does not have LG connect (wifi) although not really necessary. It’s a good option and cannot complain.

    LG MICROWAVE DOES WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO. Looks good, heats up food, but no timer.

    Had to replace my over-the-range microwave and decided to get this while it was on sale. This one heat things up faster than my other 1000 watt microwave. Installation was somewhat simple. You can use their paper template as a GUIDELINE ONLY. Make sure you make your own measurements and calculate all the drill holes and positions. Don't totally rely on the paper template. Also you definitely need 2 people to install this microwave. Great microwave so far.

    The microwave works great, but I wish I'd known it had no timer. I would have bought a different model if I had. It does heat up food fast but I miss having a keypad timer in my kitchen.

    I replaced my previous Samsung microwave with the LG. We wanted a standard version without many bells and whistles. This LG microwave was perfect for us. It has all the basics covered very well. The BestBuy geek squad team did an awesome job! right from scheduling to arriving on-time to final installation and cleanup was well executed. It does not have a timer which is ok since we use the timer on the range. Also, I wish they had a brighter light (LED) light but it was a minor point.

    Worked great for 8 months but today it made a loud bang, like a gun shot, and will not heat anymore. I have submitted for repair, hopefully LG takes care of this
