Very good microwave and fan very good and good build

It is a good microwave, the handle got very loose.

I added this microwave to my kitchen after upgrading my other appliances a few years ago. Works and looks great with my previous stainless appliance package that I also purchased through Best Buy.

I’m pleased with the LG microwave I purchased. A good price for the basic settings that I use. Nice easy transaction, from the sales person to the installers.

We needed to replace a vintage over the range unit that failed. This LG model had everything we were looking for. It fit the space well, is simple to operate and efficiently moves air with the built in blower.

The microwave is a little noisy and there is no regular timer on it. Looks great.

I actually returned this item for another one. This one was not satisfactory for my old eyes because I could not see the number panel entries without hold a flashlight up to it plus the installer had it venting into the kitchen instead of outside. The replacement was much better and installed correctly. You have to stand right there to ensure they vent out the back of the house because they come from the factory to vent inside the room they are installed in. I don't know why anyone would want that since the smell and heat fills the room. I had to pay an extra $100 for the replacement that helps me see the number panel better.

Overall a good microwave, I like the interior color, and heats up very well, interior color is grey, the lighting on the bottom of microwave lights up very well overall a good microwave.

looks great, but missing simple features like timer and time shortcuts (must enter full time to heat, instead of just pressing 1key to heat for a minute)

Microwave works fine, it's a microwave. Nothing crazy but definitely not disappointed. There were nearly no other options in stock at the time I purchased.

Great price for $189 but this unit is noisy, if you’re looking for a quiet microwave this isn’t it. But it does the job for basic needs.

I bought this microwave because the old one was broken. I was surprised because it was very cheap and affordable. It also comes with great features and is easy to use. I love my new microwave ❤️

I've only had this for about a month but its almost same as I had before and I loved it. I've had good luck with LG products and expect this will work well also. It was the right size w/o too many bells and whistles. Just wanted to replace one that was here and was simple to use.

I'm giving this microwave 2 stars, which BestBuy considers as "Fair". Yes, the Cooking part of the microwave works, but I would say that's the bare minimum of what to expect. First there is no timer function. Every microwave I've ever owned from a cheapo dorm microwave to my last 20 year old over-the-range had a timer. This is a necessity for any kitchen! Second, I've had this microwave for just over a year and the lights on the LED screen have started flickering randomly. Additionally, at times, certain sections of the LED numbers go out and wont work at all for maybe a day. For instance, the 8 will now look like a 6 because the lights are out. So far they have always come back on, but I'm waiting for the day the LED goes out completely. I wouldnt purchase this microwave again, or recommend it.

Works great for the past 10 months. The back vent seems to be backward so install is quite tricky. And there is NO Timer button which is a disappointment.

I love this microwave. Easy to clean and quiet. I changed all my appliances to LG. Very happy to have them.

Microwave works well. Installation instructions not completely clear but enough info online to figure it out. Worst thing about this one is no timer.

Great for the money. Wish there was a little more nuance to the controls, and the fan is only on or off, and the light is on or off as well, no dimming.
