The microwave itself is a 5star but the review is only getting a 4star because the template included in the box did not match the microwave for the mounting.

This microhood is great! I love the color and it matched my fridge perfectly! I love that the inside is grey and not white.

This LG microwave is exactly what I was looking for. It met all of my expectations and more. The installation was different than the my space so we called LG support for assistance. Awesome . helped us with the problem. Thank you LG for a quality product.

We’ve had this microwave for just over a year. After about 9-10 months the display screen started flickering once in a while. Something we thought we could just deal with. Now we’ve had multiple instances when a minute into microwaving, it stops turning, the light goes off, and no heat is coming out. It sounds like it’s still going but really nothing is happening inside. Sometimes we can open the door and reset the time and it’ll work. Other times it doesn’t work for hours. Of course we are just over our year warranty, but I’m just so disappointed in the quality of this microwave.

Beautiful LG microwave and very easy to install. Functions are easy to use but find it doesn’t warm that well

This is our second one... we use our microwave ALOT! Not built like they used to build them but hey, if it last three years.. its worth it for what they cost.

This feels a little cheap, doesn't have a TIMER feature on it. Other than that, it's fine

When we purchase this for our townhome we loved it so much that when we moved into our new house we bought the same model. No complaints here! LG makes great appliances and we definitely will be buying LG what n it's time to replace the refrigerator.

So far we like this microwave, it wasn't as easy to install as I thought it would be but it went ok. Just got it in a week ago so don't much about using it yet.

Not what i was exspecting, seems cheap. Light dim, 2 speed fan not good on low, buttons sticky. No timer, really there low end model...

The LG - 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Stainless steel works well but runs very loud.

Bought a new condo that had no microwave. Decided to pick this up on sale, and I don't regret it. fits perfectly over the stove and exhausts great.

Looks good, /works well. Not too loud like my old one. I thought it was odd that the inside was gray not white. Nice though. Never looks dirty. Would buy again.

We bought 3 appliances on the same day because they had a great promotion. I’m satisfied with all of the LG appliances I bought. The microwave, however, doesn’t have a beverage button or a popcorn button (I don’t think)

I didn’t need a microwave with a lot of features, this one was just what I wanted. The staff memeber whose name I forgot was very helpful

I love the new interior of this microwave, its black non stick, what a wonderful thing. I find this microwave to be very quite. It does all that I need it to do and more since I have not used all of the features.

My old microwave broke. Bought A new one and installed myself. Instructions were pretty straight forward. Definitely recommend you taking the old /broken one to bestbuy so you can determine exact one to buy. That’s what I did because I really wasn’t sure.
