    Bought this to replace current microwave. At first it was good after 2.5 weeks oven light would not turn off. Talk to Best Buy reps and they said it was outside the 14 day return/exchange policy and they just told me to reach out to LG warranty.

      Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how inconvenient it must be to deal with the oven light not turning off with your LG LMV1764ST microwave.

      To address the issue, try resetting the microwave by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. If the light continues to stay on, it might be a sign of a more specific issue with the microwave.

    We just installed the other day so i can't speak for longevity. It took a bit longer to install versus other reviewers but it wasn't difficult. My husband installed with my assistance. Seems to work well so far. It works great, looks great and it was on sale!

    Lucky to get this before the massive shortages from imports. Make sure you check the dimensions and save the template. They don’t all line up the same.

    A week after I bought and installed this, it started making a horrible loud noise. I have to say Best Buy did a great job resolving the issue. They gave me a discount for the my trouble. It hasn’t been that long so I’m hoping it works out. I do love the microwave.

    If fits in perfectly with our fridge, oven and dishwashwr we replaced all with LG. Love how quiet it is until while warming things up. And it looks nice..

    Excellent OTC microhood. Really good price for the built quality and functionality. It fits perfectly in the existing space we have. The fan runs very quiet and has decent suction.

    I dont know how this microwave got their 5 stars reviews. We used this for just 25 months and now it is JUST outside of the warranty and it is broken. I give it 2 stars since it fits our space, but thats about it.

    Great product. Definitely an upgrade from our old unit. Incorrect mounting template was included but not difficult to figure it out.

    It is fine but smaller than my Samsung and it doesn’t have the reheat option which I used quite a bit.

    Stylish and compatible addition to our kitchen. Easy install. The light is just right and the exhaust powerful. Just wish I had chosen a fingerprint resistant finish. A great value overall. Very happy with thw purchase.
