Its been just over a year and I have 4 parts broke. Two times the top cover, one time the control panel and now the door handle. While warranty is for one year, i got first three replacements for free and now have to pay $75+ for the handle. Very dissatisfied with this product while I have other LG products working fine.

This unit LMV1764ST is a great unit for the price, .We use it mostly to warm up leftovers. the Popcorn and Potato settings is a must. if you need to use the unit for a timer, when you enter the time , then enter 0 for power settings. This will then work as a timer with the heating unit off. Before we installed this unit , We plugged it in to a wall outlet, to make sure that it worked and was quiet. This unit has a Limited warranty:1 year part and labor warranty and 10 years on Magnetron. make sure to go to LG website and register your unit , also stable your sale receipt to user manual.

This oven was easy to install, looks good and works great. I really like the dark gray interior as it doesn't show every possible stain. The only thing I wish it had was a stand alone timer, as I like to use the timer for other things besides microwaving something. Clean and sleek looking.

I absolutely love this microwave! It works great and looks sleek in stainless steel. We had a similar LG model from about 8 years ago, and this one fit perfectly in the same space—no adjustments needed. Great looking MW. Delivery was fast- 4 days to the front door- easy to install- has a metal bracket that anchors to wall, template was easy to understand and very helpful for easy install. Only paid about $200, can’t beat it. We don’t need a super fancy MW- this one works great and performs as expected- no complaints and it looks great!

We purchased a GE micro-wave that just lasted past its warranty. Realizing we could get a new micro-wave for a few dollars more than the cost of just the service call, it made sense to just by a new micro-wave. After researching many models and not wishing to buy another GE the LG 1.7 cubic Ft. model caught my eye. It had all the features we required at a reasonable price. LG matches our new LG refrigerator and is a beautiful match. We had Geek Squad installation and that proved to be the best decision. Installation took less than one half hour, and the installer gave us instructions on how to use it.

Looks nice and matches my new LG stove. Seems to work fine and cook food evenly. Pros; looks good, inside is gray opposed to the normal white, cooks food well, cooking fan works well. Cons; Door is extremely loud upon closing, Range light could be brighter, the unit itself is Very loud when in use. All in all gets the job done.

Love this microwave. Fairly compact, looks great, and works well. The only thing I wish I would have research more was regarding a timer. It doesn't have one. So if you don't care about this function, no problems. We also used the installation service, which was OUTSTANDING! Professional, quick and efficient, and left the kitchen area clean and perfect. Would highly recommend the installation service; definitely worth the investment (plus they haul away the older microwave). Because of installation service, I'm rating this a 5.

It says it doesn't have a timer. And it doesn't. And that is strangely more annoying than I thought it would be. It's also REALLY loud for a microwave. But it's inexpensive, works well, and is easy to clean.

I got this for a town home I'm renting and for the cost and use, it's decent. I bought it primarily due to CR rating it the best at evenly cooking just to discover that was a massive misrepresentation. It doesn't cook evenly and feels like an old 600 - 700 watt microwave. Cons: - Your cook times will always be on the max side of any heating instructions. - Don't place any dishes in the middle but on the edge of the rotating glass. - No timer function for use with non-microwave cooking. - Very loud fan especially if you don't have an exhaust stack. Pros: - Fan blows great - Looks sleek and great in a kitchen with black or stainless appliances.

Truly a great microwave, especially for the price ! Door is a little loud but nothing that you can’t get used to.
