We recommend checking that the installation height meets the minimum clearance requirements of 30 inches from the cooking surface to the top of the microwave.

The buttons need to be pressed hard to ensure functionality. Overall, it’s average. I Hope it works as long as the LG it replaced, which was 22 years.

No backlit keypad and noisy wheels!

However, the keypad isn’t backlit, which makes it difficult to see the numbers in low light—you’ll likely need to turn on the kitchen light every time. Another downside is the rotating wheels, which are surprisingly noisy and can get annoying. Cooking settings are so limited.

Broke in 11 months!

With no lights it is as good as dead now. Now been told part is backordered and may take 4-6 weeks for it to arrive and God knows how long its gonna take to get it installed!
