I like the LG OTR microwave. Its sleek, operates relatively quiet and performs well for all the cook settings that I use regularly. Installation was standard. i got it in by myself but I do recommend two people so you dont damage a counter or cooktop this is normally over. The only cons is that the lettering on the buttons dont show well in dim to low light. So if these were bigger or a backlight was made part of the unit..this is easily 5 stars!

For the price I will say it does more than what I expected. There's a ton of options present on the microwave. 30 seconds heat time feels more like 1 minute. There's plenty of space as well, some plates are larger than others. I know there are Styrofoam plates that are larger as well, they all fit. It is a really good product. The only issue I has was the light went out within a week

Works good, looks good. Nothing fancy but it does what we need it to. The stainless is print proof but the rest of it is not. Good luck keeping the black parts clean and smudge free.

The microwave works, but you need to have a class in using it. I was not impressed with the instructions and after several weeks still trying to learn. It is easy to clean and is attractive.

In all honesty, I'm not very happy with this purchase. The price was great and that is what led me to purchase this model over the Samsung that was $50 more. This seemed to have the features I was looking for with the Sensor Cook and the PrintProof stainless. I'm not sure how they get away with calling this thing "PrintProof", there's no location on this microwave that resists fingerpringts, even on the keypad. The worst part is that the led lighting on the inside went out in less than a month! I had read other reviews mentioning this issue, but I figured it was just a fluke since LED's don't typically go out. My last Samsung microwave needed the bulbs underneath replaced, which is understandable, but never the interior lights. Now I can't even tell if the food inside is boiling over or having any other issues. I'm just staring into the dark abyss hoping everything is ok. The light doesn't look simple to replace from inside either, which means I'm probably going to have to remove the microwave in order to replace it. Can't wait to do that and have it last another month. If I were you, I'd probably spend a bit more and go with a better model.

Works very well. Is very quiet while running. Automatic fan is nice for over the stove. Brilliant at popcorn.

Purchased 10-21-24 , Its ok microwave , would like to know if anyone has an interior light in theirs. I have not seen one, inside is so dark cant see food when cooking

Easy installation. Good performance. I wish it had LED lights underneath. The single halogen really isn't enough.

I was looking for a way to maximize my limited kitchen space. Replacing my vent hood with an over-the-range microwave seemed like a logical solution, but I was a little skeptical about the exhaust performance. Installation was straightforward, especially if you don't need to vent the microwave. If you are venting, the exhaust motor needs to be reversed, and you'll need a proper adapter based on your ductwork. However, the results were impressive! The exhaust performance was surprisingly similar to my old vent hood. I suspect the larger size ductwork used and the powerful exhaust motor contributed to this success. The microwave itself has all the standard features, like a 30-second button, programmable cooking options, and a stop turntable button. However, I wish the interior was brighter and that it had brighter LED lighting underneath (multiple LEDs would be ideal). Overall, I would definitely recommend this over-the-range microwave to anyone facing similar space constraints. It's a functional and space-saving appliance that exceeded my expectations.

This Microwave was a replacement for a very old one. I was thinking initially about a very sophisticated microwave, but realized I use most of the time the timer position, even to bake potatoes or unfreeze. The only issue I found was the overheating light that I replaced with a led for $4. So, for the price, it is an excellent deal. Easy to install and look much nicer than the old one.
