Looks good on outside. Has a black interior. Only had this for a month and it is working as expected.

Microwave has great functions, quiet, easy install. Only change would be the lamp inside should be white not yellow.

I bought this LG 1.8 microwave to replace a 1.6 Samsung with a faulty circuit board. So far the LG has been great & the extra interior space is a bonus.

Not as many features as I thought. The light only has one setting, I like a low and high, otherwise its good.

Works well, price was great, though I think there was an issue with installation (slightly tilted) and the installers placed the plate from the old microwave inside because it doesn't fit well. Floor of unit is slightly raised on one side under the plate. First time I've bought a microwave with a rack. Makes it easy to keep several dishes warm at once, or to reheat them.

Bought this to replace an older LG over the range microwave, and it does the job just fine. The older one lasted about five years, which is a bit short but my family does use it more than what I assume to be average. My only complaint is very minor, which is that the included light bulbs are super yellow! I replaced them immediately and the microwave looks 20 years more modern as a result. This is a solid choice for a unit that I expect to get another five years out of.

The product was easy to install and was on sale when I purchased it. It was the first time in my life I've had to replace an over-the-range microwave so I didn't know what to expect. The Best Buy rep recommended this one over other more expensive microwaves and it's been great so far.

Microwave is very powerful compared to our old one. It needs a brighter bulb inside the unit and the lower bulb is very dim. Overall, it's a good unit.

For what you pay, this microwave delivery the style and features you want. I't s midline stainless LG microwave. Cooks fast, looks great in the kitchen.

Looks and works great. We bought all LG appliances for our kitchen remodel. They've been great so far. My only disappointment is the LED (screen) color doesn't match between the slide-in range and the microwave.

Our old microwave didn’t have the features of this new LG. We have bought several LG Products recently and have never had a problem with any of them. I love the stainless steel look of this particular model!

Works well. Installation requires two people to hold the wall template and the screwing in the microwave unit from the cabinet above. Measuring where to drill the holes in the cabinet can be tricky specially when the old "under the cabinet unit" had its own holes. It may be necessary to get a couple of over-size washers if the new hole(s) are close to the old hole(s).
