My only complaint is the buttons don’t have a back light so I can see them in the dark. Other than that it’s great! Looks good and works beautifully. I stand by LG appliances.

Love my new LG Microwave! It is beautiful and works wonderfully. Easy to operate. Nice the inside color is grey instead of the usual white.

Adds to the decor of my kitchen! Very nice!! However when heating food you have to set it at least 3 mins or more!!.... so don’t be in a hurry! It is also a little louder than most microwaves ! I hope it lasts longer than my previous over the range microwave, which as a Frigidaire! It only lasted for little over a year!! Fingers crossed!!

Works really well but a bit noisy. Still figuring out all the options on this unit.

I like the looks of this microwave but I think the buttons are hard to push. I like the 30 second add-on button

Not too hard of a DIY to install. Works good. Wish it had quick start buttons (ex. Hold #1 for 1 minute etc.)

Looks nice with other stainless appliances. My friend commented it sounded loud. I hadn't noticed it louder than other microwaves. It did end up overheating (sounds funny for a microwave to do that) because we heated up a potato several times sequentially and apparently can blow the thermometer. Never heard of that happening before but the technician said it was common. Was serviced promptly under warranty. Running fine now.

Good microwave but the glass plate is wobbly... I don't know why... I think it is a flaw in the glass plate. So when you take things out or put things in ..it wobbles and seems unsteady. Otherwise a good microwave. My husband doesn't like the loud beep it gives for when food is cooked. Doesn't bother me.

Good microwave for the price, has some cheaper feeling sounds/buttons but the microwave looks nice and has performed well in the couple months we've owned it. So far its holding up better than the Kenmore 'Elite" one that was 3 times the price from Sears (never again - horrible company/even worse customer service).

First of all, this microwave is much better than my old one (maybe because I had the old one for a little over 10 years). It was fairly simple to replace the old one since all the hardware was included. After a couple of uses it started to make some louder sounds, like a whistle, then stop. I chalked it up to it being new but it does do it randomly. I have not heard the whistle for a week or two now.

Not really happy. The motor is pretty loud. It makes a manual click sound when you start it. Having trouble with the fan while it's in use. It's also grey inside. I thought I would like that, but it's hard to see if something splatters. Keypad isn't lighted. In general, just seems like poor quality.

Purchased to replace another LG microwave I only had for 5 years that stopped working. Sucks!!! This microwave is loud and takes longer to heat your food. The buttons are hard to press and just not as easy to use as my old one. I wouldn't buy this item again. I would probably go with a convection microwave next time that heats the food more evenly.

Microwave works great, only complaint is the alarm sound is very loud and can’t be turned down.

I purchased this microwave out of the box. I was able to complete installation myself though it was a little challenging. Unfortunately, the bottom mounting bar could have been hung a little lower so the microwave didn't have a little slope forward. Perhaps the template that was provided could be printed more accurately. The microwave itself does what a microwave is supposed to do and I have no problem warming up items in it. My only negative observation is the amount of pressure it requires to select any option. These microwaves are not touch sensitive. You have to press whatever keys you need with a good amount of pressure so I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone with some type of arthritic condition.

LG microwave performs really well cooking, but the buttons are hard to push and you need to touch the "cook time" button and then a number just to heat something up for an even one or two minutes. You cannot just touch the one or two button for it to start.

The LG - 1.8 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave in Stainless-Steel is an excellent buy. It replaced our older microwave, and we like it much better. It was easy to install. The Easy Clean feature is an added bonus.

This is a nice microwave. Works great. Only downside is we have to push really hard Keypad buttons to get them to work

Bought this microwave to match our new LG double gas range. Looks gorgeous above the range. We are very pleased with this LG microwave and would buy it again in a heart beat.

The best microwave I’ve had in years. I’m so happy with my purchase. Easy to clean. Beautiful product to look at. It’s actually the focal point of my kitchen.
