Love it! This air conditioner is perfect for my apartment. Unlike most bulky and unattractive units, this one is surprisingly sleek and blends seamlessly with my decor. It not only keeps my space cool but also adds a touch of style. Highly recommend!

This portable AC works extremely well and cools the room quickly. The 14,000 BTU power makes a huge difference, especially in hot weather. It’s easy to set up, the controls are simple, and the smart features make it convenient to adjust from my phone. It’s a little big, but that’s expected with this capacity. Overall, a great air conditioner and very effective.

compared to other portable AC I have used, this one is pretty quiet, cools room quickly & using a fan I share the cool to other rooms when needed so pretty powerful - perfect for my needs & I love that I can program it from my phone to turn on/off same time daily, use included remote or my phone to adjust temp & fan as needed

Does fine at cooling the room. Also does a pretty good job at dehumidifying in the dry mode, although remember it will also cool the room so it doesn't work if it's cold and damp. I find the app helpful to turn it on a little while before I head home from work. It's not very intuitive, but it provides the options to change all the settings, and I didn't have any problems with setup. It's quieter than other air conditioners, but that's very noticeable.

It cools my 350 sq ft gaming room/office that is located directly above my garage. I host often upstairs and this unit keeps up easily. Wireless controls are a huge plus.

Great product, took 2 to get a unit that was not damaged by shipping which I think it was shipper's fault.

Pretty quite compared to other AC units. My only complaint is that the remote has to be super close to the unit so if you are sitting across the room it won’t work. I have not tried to set up the app yet.

Excellent air conditioner, easy to install and use! It has an app you can use to program, unit on wheels for easily moving when ready to store for winter, adapts to various window sizes, and modern-looking sleek profile for a unit this size. The only downside is that running continually is not recommended. So my son turns it off at night when he uses a ceiling fan but runs the rest of the day.

We live in SoCal, by the beach, with no A/C. The temperature is comfortable most days, but mid July and August can get a little uncomfortable. We bought this for our bedroom, and it could be the best purchase we’ve made in awhile! Easy to set up, cools down the room quickly. Will be able to store nicely in a closet when we don’t need it. Bought a second for our guest room.

I was very surprised how well this unit cools and how quiet it is. I replaced a 9 yr old Sharp portable AC unit. You do have to pay up for this unit, but thus far I am very pleased with the performance. I have not used the wifi option, but sure it would be nice to have access with my phone. Setup was very simple. I will be curious how well the unit self drains with the condensation fan turned on.

Works incredibly well. Wifi features are great and always consistently connect. Portability is great, even on a carpet. We have to move it in and out of the window daily, and this unit has held up great so far.

Easy to Installation and it only takes 30- 45 minutes. Cool well and not too noisy when AC running. Cools a medium sized bedroom easily and quickly.

Wow! This unit handles my 500 sq foot downstairs condo. It is quite heavy, but set up was super easy. It is also relatively wuiet. Unlike other portable AC units I’ve had, no need to set up an extra fan to push the air.

Excellent unit, comes with everything you need and cools well. Knocked it a star because it was advertised as 14000 BTU but it is actually 10000-12000BTU

Blows nice and cold noise is minimal and was easy to install.

My LG Smart portable air conditioner preforms better than I expected. It runs quietly and pushes a great deal of cool air where I want it to go. It cools quickly and quietly. It cooled wonderfully during a severe heatwave. The hot humid weather was a perfect test and this machine passed with flying colors. 5 star product,

Incredible ac! Extremely cold air shoots out of this small beast! The swing function on the vents really push the air all throughout the room. Also, it is quiet. You can carry on a conversation and not crank up the tv volume, even when the compressor kicks in. I highly recommend this one for large rooms. It’s a powerhouse.

Best stand alone unit. I live in a small basement 800 SQ Ft 1 bedroom apartment with studio kitchen. It's setup in our bedroom and cools the entire unit with one fan assistance. The air immediately turns cold once on cool high mode. Pushes a large amount of air and exchanges for the chill that we're looking for. Really like the Wi-Fi system allowing us to see our bedroom temperature on our phone and activating the system when we want it. Smart system a huge plus with this powerful unit. LG lives up to its name.....Life is good with this one...
