All together I couldn’t be happier with this air conditioner.

Took a week to be shipped to store and after i picked it up i found it was damaged inside the box but had no damage to the box itself or Styrofoam itself witch in turn tells me it was damaged before being packed from factory. Then when i take it to be exchanged they could only have it shipped straight to my house. When trying to pick a date i was not allowed to. Me like the rest of the world have to work so instead i just got my money back. Bestbuy did what the could but the manufacturer dropped the ball big time.

Bad compressor

I ordered the unit through them and when they ship it its defective. I had to order a replacement and ship it to the store, and when its time for pick up, they email me that the AC is out of stock. I have a 2 month old baby in my house and we dont have an ac for 2 weeks!and also took day off from work to pick up the unit that became out of stock! Unbelievable and terrible experience! Dont buy this ac on best buy bec youll be disappointed!
