The packaging from LG is idiotic and has the supplied hardware bashing around loose inside the box, damaging everything it come into contact with, including the aluminium fins. LG should be embarassed that something so obvious to even the most dim-witted individual was overlooked. You will never receive an undamaged unit with the way they package it.

All together I couldn’t be happier with this air conditioner.
