easy to set up, instant cooling within 10 minutes ,the grey color adds a nice decor to the room.

The unit does its job! I bought it to put in my room but it ended up staying in the living room. Cools down my entire apartment. It's loud but we got used to it the sound doesn't bother us. Nice unit!

Bought this for my first summer in my new house. I didn't want to put another window air conditioner in as it was going to make it quite dark in my dining room. I purchased this and it works so well! Really cools off my whole first floor! Nice that you can place the drain hose out the window so no worries about having to empty containers all the time.

Money well spent. Awesome. Easy to use. Well built. I only wished that it has the standard size male end of a garden hose so you can attach one like a dehumidifier. I am sure I can get an adapter. Excellent!

Don't cool as fresh as the ones on the window but it keeps the room fresh and you won't sweat with it.

use this as a supplement to the house a/c. It covers the rooms in the back without having to buy more window a/c

I guess maybe I expected too much for the unit, I just wanted something that would keep the guest house cooler during the few hot days of the year. doesn't really do the job.

My kids room is on the upper level (attic) but it didn't cool it off . so I'm using it on the first level. Works better . I think it's because of the one vent.

This air conditioner is very loud and the air conditioner leaks.

The design and it ability to cool my living room is great. The only issue is that the system is loud. I've found that the LG Design Team didn't do a good job in the design of this unit. The problem is, as I see it, the compressor vibrates against the housing of the unit. I've called LG Service to resolve this problem and was told that unless my complaint has anything to do with the performance of the unit they could not send a Service person to resolve this issue.
