Couple of complaints..the window to see what's cooking is very small relative to the door size and we had one heck of a time installing. We have installed every microwave that we have bought but this one was a struggle. The microwave works great and we are very happy with it except for the window.

This LG model is the best size for me and does a good job of cooking and reheating food.

Construction is solid. The door closes tight, unlike some other brands in the same price range. It helps that the installation was professional. Food is exactly where it should be within the time specified.

I love how fast and efficient this microwave is, but it is difficult to read the front panel. It should be lit up because it is simply to dark to read easily.

I wanted a basic control but still to match the black stainless. Definitely worth the price.

This microwave was purchased as part of set. Very easy to use.

It blew a fuse (and perhaps the magnetron) after 2 months of use. LG Service came after 3 days and fixed it. This is probably a rare occurrence, just bad luck. Also, the front window that allows you to peek inside during operation is small. Short-ish people may find it difficult. Note the smaller grey area on the black door. Most other models have larger windows.

Considering my old perfectly still working microwave got toasted when my daughter decided to make candles with crisco and glitter, let's just say I wasn't too pleased. However, I've replaced it with the same make and 5 year new model and I couldn't be happier, really. The door closes much quieter, the exhaust fan spectacular. If this happens to you, don't fret. Go buy one and you'll see what I was talking about.

I purchased a LG over the counter microwave along with the Range. Love the Range but the microwave is a problem. The fan runs so loud it hurts my ears and cannot even hear the TV in the other room. My last unit was no where near as loud. I do not know why the cook time does not reset after 1 minute like others. My last one, which was 20 years old had that feature. Also I find my fingers are sore from having to push the buttons so hard to get them to register. I think I actually heard crackling from inside the panel. Poor product. Stay away! There are better alternatives, I hope
