Nice quiet microwave! The unit has consumer friendly controls. The only downside is the small clock size.

Our old LG microwave finally died. Replaced with new version of old microwave. Love it. Easy to use, some new features, works great.

Excellent microwave and with the control panel on lower part of the door makes it very easy to operate. The number of preset means of cooking, reheating and doing other things makes it an outstanding microwave.

Great features, easy to use, easy to install. One minor issue: I like the placement of the controls at the bottom of the door - easier for children and short adults to operate; however, this causes the cooking food to be not very visible hidden behind the control section. This is a problem for an over the range model but not for countertop.

I like this microwave. I especially like the dark interior. It looks like it stays cleaner than my old white interior. I wish I had ordered the fingerproof option. I find I am always cleaning it off. The control panel is along the bottom of the microwave. I like that idea. But the setting and the clock are so small that I need to put my reading glasses on to use it.

We have only used this microwave a few times, but it looks nice and I like it. It has lots of features and is easy to use. I ordered it on-line and it arrived with no issues. My husband installed it and didn’t have any issues. The only thing I am NOT happy with is the dim over the range light. It is useless and I absolutely hate it. So I took a star because of the light.

Unlike my other LG products, this unit is no different than any other microwave oven. It’s easy to use because it’s exactly the same as my old GE microwave. Cooking is no different either. And, the lighting inside the unit is not bright enough. I’m happy that it matches my other matt black appliances. In that rest, it’s a lot easier to keep clean compared to regular stainless steel.

About 8 months after we purchased this, we noticed little pieces of plastic falling off of the microwave, until the handle eventually fell off and then a big plastic piece at the top. Also, prior to all of this, there was on issue with microwave not starting. I would enter time the light would turn on and the clock would countdown, but the microwave itself didn't actually work. I would have to open and close the door several times before it would work. I don't use the microwave that often, so I am concerned that he would be falling apart this easily after suck little use. LG is having someone come out to repair and I am hoping that I just get a new microwave and we can chalk this one up to being some crazy fluke. <fingers crossed>

Had to replace one that should have bean covered under warranty, I am still dealing with that. But I do like this one and would buy it aging

Love this microwave! Cooks evenly has great preset settings and has the easy wipe down outside. So even though its the stainless steel look it cleans up easy and doesn't streak very much. Best microwave I've owned to date.

This is a beautiful microwave that paired nicely with our new LG signature series slide in stove. The only complaint we have is that the internal light is rather dim and it is difficult to see the food inside while the microwave is in operation. Part of that problem is that the interior of the microwave is dark which seems to suck the life out of the light! Yes, a minor complaint and I would still recommend this product hands down.

we loved this microwaves looks but never got to use it due to the way my cabinets are built. On the hinge side my cabinet sticks out past the microwave so the door could not be opened very far without hitting the cabinet. Had to exchange it for a different microwave with a different door hinge design. Wished we could have kept it though as all of our other appliances are LG.

I really like the design of the LG microwave with its horizontal touch pad controls along the bottom making it easier to read and reach. Touch pad is a little finicky - you have to use the full pad of your finger and not the tip to make control contact. Otherwise its very intuitive and for more sophisticated microwave users there are alot of customized control options.

Love this new microwave. Beautiful and has tons on cool features.

Love the product. Once warmer weather arrives I plan to vent outside. My only complaints - Template provided is hard to use. I measured myself because that was easier. Second complaint is bolts provided assume flush mount with cabinet. I had to add a filler piece, so this meant I needed to purchase new bolts.

This Microwave looks and worked great but the Display went blank in under two years. Scheduling Service now to take a look and are on the hook for a minimum of $125 just to dispatch service.
