Clean looking microwave. Bit of a challenge to install but due to my cabinets and vent setup. Love the hidden latch to open and flat panel front. Wifi features are a great bonus.

Very nice microwave. It's very sleeking looking and works great. It's a microwave and it heats food. We don't cook in it and only use reheating food. But it works well and recommend it. But don't use the best buy installers. I had to uninstall it and fix their poor install.

Great price and fantastic quality! Easy to install and operate.This was an open box purchase and it was in fantastic condition only the box had a few rips no dents or dings on the microwave. I would definitely be buying more LG products and would recommend thei microwave to others. I just love the way it opens on the side no handles to clean or break . The cubic space inside is large and the power is powerful, just love it!!!!

This is a fantastic microwave! Very nice looking and sleek. Took a little effort to install, but once it was in its worth it.

Great microwave. Looks nice, easy to use controls and preprogrammed soften and reheat works well. If you’re under 5’5 though it’s hard to see in the microwave while it’s cooking because the controls are on the bottom (so the window is higher). I thought I might dislike the gray interior, but I actually like it. The sound it makes when it’s done cooking is a little different, but I don’t mind it.

I purchased this unit so I could co.plete my kitchen with all new and matching appliances! I am not disappointed at all with everything this microwave can do and I am still learning about more things I can cook and use this appliance for! The display is very easy to read for my clock and I love how I can open the and with a quick reference quite for cooking, reheating, softening butter, and so many other things! I was shocked at the metal rack inside the microwave as I have always been told no metal in your microwave ovens but there has been no issues using it! So far we have made popcorn, thawed out meat(quickly), softened butter, and so many other side dishes!!!! Plus I love the black stainless look and the smudge free finish to keep the outside clean!!!

This is my second LG microwave, the first one Loved so much! I had to replace it, because I tried to cook the groceries I put on the stove below the microwave. Can you fire! This is basically the same as the first only smarter. Intuitively it starts the microwave whenever you press a single diget. If need 5 minutes and 30 seconds, you press "5", the microwave starts, then press the " +30 seconds " button and your done. The old one had a handle that collected fingerprints with food. This one has a hand slot molded into the farside of the door. It also talks to your cell phone through the Wi-Fi. It alerts you when your food needs your attention. So far I am finding I love this even more than the last one.

Easy to install, work great. Love all the features of the microwave. Would recommend as a good buy for a microwave this size.

I love everything about this microwave. Rated excellent by consumer reports I decided to get this one and am glad I did. I like the sensor cooking/reheat option which I have used and it makes my food hot. The fans is great; however, I don't know if i'll ever use the high setting. It really blows a lot of air. Lights good, energy saver option to turn off the clock is great as I already have a clock on the oven below the microwave so I don't need 2. Easy clean interior is great too. I personally don't care about the dark door not being able to see in. I've always opened the door to stir or whatever anyway. I probably won't use the rack but it's nice to have just in case. The installers had to do some light carpentry to get it installed, but that's my cabinets being the issue not the microwave

Very large microwave with seemingly infinite settings. Sometimes it’s just too complicated. To clean, I’ve found using blue shop towels with vinegar windex works best to remove fingerprints and grease splatter.

We've had this microwave for a couple of months now and it works great. This microwave is quiet and has a powerful fan (the fan is a little noisy which is to be expected). I love how easy it is to clean, however I do wish it was fingerprint resistant.

Excellent unit. Easy to install, quick setup, easy controls. Looks great. Does what microwaves do very well.

This was bought to upgrade the standard builder’s grade Whirlpool microwave that came with our new home ( LG fridge and gas range were already changed ) It looks great ! Very easy to use and maintain . Quiet . Over range lighting is great at either level. It is such an upgrade from the Whirlpool in looks and function.

The nightlight issue: We bought this microwave in early December. Overall, we are happy with it. The one issue we are unable to resolve is that the nightlight goes out when the new LG range burner turns on and the fan turns on automatically. The nightlight does not come back on unless turned on manually after the burner and fan are turned off. It is the weirdest thing and we’ve had the LG technician out but he wasn’t able to identify the cause. The schedule is set correctly and the light works. The microwave and range are both connected to wifi on the ThinQ app and the only suggestion the technician gave us for resolving the issue was to disconnect the range from the ThinQ app. He was not very helpful in troubleshooting and was dismissive of why we were bothered by the problem.

Nice addition to our kitchen after last one failed. Great looks, features and performance. Love the WiFi connectivity. The large door swings wide; takes a bit to get used to.
