Great Soundbar. Wrong cable Included

Upon opening it I realized it had the wrong power cable included. The cable clearly went to another unit as it didn't fit. According to the open box description of satisfactory it should include all essential accessories. I would consider a power cable essential. I contacted Best Buy and the best they would do is offer 10% off. I said I wanted to be charged the price of a fair open box unit as this is what it should have been marked as. I had to order a replacement plug which cost more than the 10% I got back. The soundbar itself is awesome and sounds great. It fills the whole room. The bass is top notch as well!

Hard to work

There is no display and sometimes the light blinks so it’s unclear what is going on
