I replaced the fiber cable, tried different settings as well and nothing has worked. I think I may have received a defective system. Unfortunately I no longer have the original box that it came in so I don't believe I can return it to Best Buy. Not looking for a different system, I just want this one to work like it should. If it wasn't for this issue I would definitely give it 5 stars. It sounded very good when it was working properly. LG - If you can offer any help in resolving this issue I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Dan

I am not sure if my issues were due to room size or vaulted ceilings but this soundbar just did not work for us. Turn it up to hear dialogue, turn it down to not blow your ear drums when the action starts. I hated having to hold the remote all the time just waiting for the moment to adjust. I swapped it out for the Bose solo and am much happier. The price was great but it just could not cut it.
