Best Buy Best Service is Best

What I really do want to compliment you on is the following. First, your well trained staff are folks that I drop in on when I have a tech question. I often do this even if I buy, on that particular day, somewhere else. Because of this availability and expertise, the result is an eventual sale at Best Buy. Second, your service and returns department, a year or so back became more professional and easy with which to deal. This much improved customer service makes me want to go back to Best Buy.
