We bought this microwave because it has a completely smooth front (no handle) and looks really sleek in our kitchen above the stove. The Exta Vent increases the surface area for the venting. The only con that some other reviewers have mentioned is that all the lights for control panel are completely off when not in use and I just knock on the microwave with my knuckles twice to get them on

Love the extend the vent option! It has all the features that you would expect for a microwave.

We replaced our older GE microwave with this LG one and it has been great. I love the functionality and connectivity in the LG app. There are a lot of great features about this microwave.

Microwave is great but the store never gave me the bolts and I had to spend $60 extra

This one was purchased to replace another LG microwave that stopped working 2 months after the warranty expired. So far this one works very good and I was able to just remove the old one and just drop it in place, as they were very similar. The only gripe is that I don't think it cooks popcorn as well as some of my older microwaves. For that I just use the Insignia microwave in my basement.

So far this microwave has been nice to have in the house. It heats the food evenly and doesn't seem like it overcooks a specific area. The wifi connectivity is also a plus!

I love how this product syncs with my stove. The fan and lights come on every time I use my stove. I was even able to customize the fan speed. I can push the exhaust hood and it would extend out over my stove a bit further than normal.

I love this microwave because it heats up food faster and better. It is better than the last microwave I had. Hope it last longer than the last one.

Two weeks usage since installation and the microwave is functioning well. I like being able to extend the hood/fan out to catch the steam/smoke while cooking.
