I received the other customer Macro wave which brand name is SAMSUNG while I ordered LG.

This solved an issue that annoyed my wife with the one it replaced, and that by itself made this one a good purchase. It is an elegant addition to what is becoming an all-LG kitchen. It is big, powerful, and easy to keep clean. I don’t use the extended vent much, but it's nice having it. LED lighting inside and underneath is very good. It's loaded with cooking features. If I'd change anything, it would be to have a lighted keypad.

The microwave is awesome. My family likes it, black and beautiful. Easy to operate, less noise, roomy. Great features

Super cool looking, smart sensing microwave. I’m used to using an LG with the sensor functions so this was an easy install with no learning curve. I like the added oven fan extension, though it does feel a bit under-engineered for durability. I’ll be sure to be gentle to it and be careful not to push down on it while cleaning off some spills while the extended fan is out and I’m using the microwave at the same time. As for the added WiFi and app linking, I cannot imagine why I’d ever need to be told that the microwave is done cooking with a text message. Maybe if I couldn’t hear the pleasant beeps, in a busy house full of loud kids I’d be happy to let me know to flip my defrosting food… but seems unnecessary. Maybe the WiFi will help diagnose future issues all on all Happy customer in first few weeks.

Simple to operate. I like the extend a vent feature to cover the range better. Works like most other microwaves. Plenty of features that add to its value like + 30 seconds, more modes to name some. Got it on sale too!!

Great product, never failed on me, very powerful and heat up food pretty quickly

Only had it for about 2 weeks, but so far so good. Its stainless steel. It microwaves stuff. All's good! Seriously though, seems like a solid microwave from one of the better brands. What sold me was the extendable vent underneath it, so it covers more of the oven below it. Some interesting features if you want to put it on your wifi and if you have an LG wifi range, but dont use it. Buttons have nice feel to them, seems powerful enough and plays a nice tune once done.

This product does it all and one does not need to be a genius to use it! With the touch of a button, yiu can boil water, reheat food, and even steam cook. It has great inside capacity and is sleek, modern and functional .

It's the best microwave ever! It's big enough to hold anything I can imagine cooking, and the high wattage makes for fast heating. I love how sleek it is. The controls are super intuitive, and I'm appreciating the extendable fan.

Great modern microwave. I love this microwave. I have had it for a few weeks now and I love that it doesn't have a handle. It's high powered, fits a lot and can alert my phone that the item I put in there has finished. I bought it on sale, so for the price it's been great. Really enjoy the pull out additional fans.

Finally a real working venting solution for the over the range microwave hood vent combo. The pull-out vent efficiently draws up and away the steam and odors from the front burners as well. The microwave is easy to use and powerful. The design is clean and modern. Life’s Good, thanks LG!

This microwave is fantastic. From the sensor cooking to the pre sets. It works great. The extend a vent is way better than a standard vent system. It actually vents what you are cooking outside. One disappointment - do not use Best Buy installation services. Their contracted vendor MN Plumbing and Home Services is a terrible company. The tech that did the installation was a hack and just slammed it in. He didn't line it up right and did not install the flange for the vent. He said it didn't line up. I took the microwave down when he left and remounted it with the proper flange installed. I'll be going back to Best Buy customer service to get a refund on the installation. Do it yourself or hire someone on your own. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.

This LG microwave has everything you need in a microwave. It’s stylish, sensor cook etc and easy use.

I had a very basic Samsung microwave that started smelling like components were melting down, so this was definitely an upgrade. Aesthetically, it is a pleasing design. I prefer the side panel control so I'm happy with that. I've used just a few of the reheat pre-programmed settings but find I like that feature as it cooks the food more evenly than just reheating on 100% power. The extendavent is a bonus, particularly because this is a large microwave and there isn't a great distance between the bottom of it and the stovetop. I purchased in black stainless. LG's black stainless is more of a smokey grey which seems unique to this brand based on the other black stainless I checked out. Now let's see if it withstands the test of time.

This is an EXCELLENT microwave. Very powerful, easy to use. The preset features are wonderful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new microwave

So easy to use for elderly parents and I love the slide out extension for the vent fan. In the future we also have the option of turning this into an exhaust to the outside with this particular model

Solid feeling door and sleek looking, I’m happy with this purchase. I also like how the vent expands to cover the whole cooktop and then easily stows back away. This is especially important if you’re using a gas stove so you can properly vent the fumes. I’ve also found that this is the only microwave I’ve ever used where the sensor cooling (or reheating) actually works!

Fantastic looks, easy installation (assuming you know how to remove your over-the-range old microwave), and just enough advanced features for more convenience than my ten-plus-years-old microwave. The musical chimes after finishing the cook are the only negative spot (what's wrong with a simple beep?) but even those can be disabled if desired.
