Microwave does its and ventilation does its job but once the ventilation range hood expands further it does not retract so now I have to call the geek squad to get it serviced and it’s only been less than a month… wow LG products

Obsessed with this new LG microwave. Everything about it is amazing. Especially the backlit menu. Amazing. I had to do my research on finding a microwave with a backlit menu. They are far and few but this is the 1! Obsessed

This was purchased to replace a failing GE OTR microwave that came with the home. I am very happy with the purchase. The touchscreen buttons do take some getting used to but overall my family has been happy with the new microwave. I do like the viewing window however, I am too short to actually take advantage of it. I do wish I could change the chime though. We have all LG appliances except for the fridge and all of them are very song like chimes and my husband does not really like it. I do wish it could be changed through the app.

Nice look and easy to navigate cleans well and is perfect for over the stove

Great replacement over my 7 year GE profile over the range. Our previous microwave’s main motor died on us and we needed a replacement. This with the extended bottom panel is great to protect the screen from vapors that rise from cooking on the stove.

So far so good. Very modern design with a great ventilation feature. Only downside is the glass needs to be regularly cleaned due to fingerprints. Not surprising at all but something to consider since the controls are on the actual glass. It seems all appliance manufacturers have there reliability issues but I’ve had a lot of luck with LG vs. Samsung (utter garbage) and others. I’ll be sticking with them for a while.

You cant go wrong. Excellent microwave. Extended vent and 400 cfm makes me wonder why I waited so long to replace my previous 300 cfm unit. Looks amazing. Catches everyone’s eyes when they come over. Even has an app where you can control it through wifi.

Every time we open the door, there is a loud creeking sound, For a such a high end microwave, I find this annoying.

Overall I am happy with the new microwave and it looks super nice. Only thing I am concerned is that…whenever ever I turn it on, I am hearing loud noise during startup. Which I have called the technician to fix it next week.

Looks and works very well. Premium product for the price. The extendable exhaust is an added bonus.

Brand new install love it so far all the controls are on the door has an extendable air vent system at the front just by the touch of a button that will pick up all the steam and smoke and stuff from the cooktop that is underneath it well thought out and I assume that if anything goes wrong it’ll happen on the door panel and the door should be able to be replaced
