Very quiet and efficient. This dryer and washer has exceeded my expectations and is much better than my previous Bosch units. The one thing to note is that this combo requires both 110V and 220V outlets. My condo was setup for only 1 220V plug. Unlike the Bosch units, the dryer and washer require independent plugs.

Washer and dryer are rather quiet, small and clean the clothes well. I was a medium load comfortably.

At first I thought the machine was terrible, because honestly it would rattle our entire house SO noisily and would move out of its cupboard space. I could only put on a load if I was leaving house. It would move several inches every load too. Then I purchased some anti vibration pads on Amazon and it changed everything. I now make sure I set the spin cycle to 'low' and now with these pads, I can barely hear anything. It also no longer moves. The dryer itself is a little slower to what I'm used to, but as long as you don't overload it, it works fine. The first several times I used the washer and dryer there was a bit of a synthetic smell but it does fade after maybe 10 loads. So overall, it's a decent purchase. Just make sure you buy the pads!

I got this stackable washer/dryer after my previous washer of 10yrs broke. I saw this in the store and loved it, I have a small family and this was the perfect size and capacity for our laundry closet because most were too big. It’s very quiet and gets clothes cleaned and dry quickly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

So far so good, does take a little longer to dry but gets the job done. Wish there was a quick wrinkle out feature that it had to quickly get wrinkles out but still a good machine.

We had it installed about a week ago. Everything worked well out of the box. We have probably run a dozen or so loads without a problem. Compared to some other dryers it is relatively quiet. The small size was ideal for the only location we had available. Not having to run a vent was also nice.

It’s small enough to fit in our small laundry area. It looks good and washes well.

I have this unit in a rental and I replaced an all in one washer/dryer combo. I like that this is separate units as the old one being both didn't really have a lint trap, which was its eventual downfall. I also needed a ventless unit to avoid cutting a hole in the wall, I was glad to find this. It's only been in for a short period, but so far so good.

Works great for our small apartment. Not loud nor shakes. Thats the only one that could fit out small space and this was the cheapest unit we could find.

This is an excellent, space-saving appliance. The controls are straightforward, making it easy easy to use. The Best Buy installers were over-the-top professional, careful, and knowledgeable.

Needed a small washer/dryer and this definitely fits the bill. Perfect for an apartment/condo. Dryer takes a while but seems very efficient.

The unit, even though it was a unit purchased at a Best Buy Outlet store works exactly as a new item but only had some cosmetic damage. It was been a great unit up til now!!

The washer fits nicely into our limited space, and it’s limited capacity is an acceptable tradeoff, especially considering it’s eas of use.

Beautiful machine, great compact size but unfortunately we were not able to use due to the fact of the electrical connection. This Requires a 240v 30 amp connection. But I’m sure if we had the connection we would have used the heck out of it!

Been a lovely machine so far; but where do my socks go? I lose a sock just about every wash.

I love this machine!!!! I wanted a dual front loader for years.. it is very quiet, space saving an added plus..

great size but beware that Best Buy installers don't know what they are doing. Now 6-months in, and the dryer is giving me an error code. Best Buy installers apparently forgot to install a part. Now I am back and forth between LG and Best Buy even though it is under warranty and I have the extended service.

The new washer/dryer combination from Samsung are wonderful. the top load washer has many options like my old one, but one of the best options is the super speed selection. The large front load Dryer has a steam dry option and works beautifully. I am very pleased. I got 10 years out of the old dryer before it quit.
