It sometimes takes long to dry using the dryer option, but for me it's fine since I mostly hang dry. I've yet to see how much electricity and water it consumes. Cleaned my laundry pretty well, even in the low spin speed option for delicates. Satisfied with the machine so far, a month into owning it.

It's smaller size is not an issue for us and the longer drying times seem more gentle on our clothes. Plus, we were able to keep some valuable storage space by choosing this. Installation was not smooth but will be reviewed separately.

It shakes and vibrates like crazy on the spin cycle to the point that it feels like a helicopter is landing on my house. Called LG customer service and spent hours leveling and going through tests and they told me it is operating within specs. Clothes also don’t even smell good when the cycle is done. They just smell musty coming out of the steam dry. Really disappointed in this product and Lg quality/customer service.
