Mixed feelings about this fridge. Love the style and design. Extremely happy with Best Buy and their pricing and service. Disappointed in LG customer service. Delivery was on time and done with great care as the refrigerator had to be carried up to the second floor though a tricky entrance. Three days after install the fridge stopped working and I lost the entire contents of which I had just stocked. LG could not get anyone out for 4 days! Turns out it needed a new fan motor which had to be ordered and I had to wait another week for the fix. Not at all pleased at this price. The technician was great and completed the repair and the fridge has been running without problems since. While I love the looks I feel very apprehensive about the quality and longevity of the the product.

I just installed my fridge and haven't had a chance to use it very long to actually discover the pros and cons... so far I would say: the stainless exterior finish does show a lot of fingerprints. I have found the veg/fruit trays not very deep and big enough to put a stalk of celery in the drawer. The small middle fruit/veg drawer could have been eliminated and the space used to expand the other two drawers....

Do not like that it not magnetized and already has surface rust starting. The freezer pullout drawer cracked all the way across and do not know how.

Disclaimer: Bought this as our second fridge freezer for the house so mostly use the fridge for bottles and cans and then when we have parties or guests staying. Fridge shelves provide good flexibility and the French doors close well on this fridge which is an issue I've had previously with other French door fridges. Freezer gets used all the time, draw system uses space well but obviously not great from an organizational standpoint.

Easy to clean and roomy for a bachelor. Not recommended for a family

I will have to get used to noisy flap on the right hand door.

It has been two weeks that we had the fridge. It was part of a kitchen rehab. The lack of an ice/water dispenser in the door is hard to get used to. We had a very hard time finding a counter depth fridge that had the items we needed at the price we wanted. This was the best we found after weeks of searching, and we got it at a great price. Overall, it is doing well for us, though it is hard getting used to a french door setup instead of our old side-by-side. I don't know if I will ever buy another "french door" fridge. More likely I would choose a two-door with a pull-out freezer on the bottom.

we are "restricted" by the current layout of the kitchen and need to pick a counter depth fridge. Would not have chosen this otherwise. It costs more and the capacity is very limited.

The ice maker is poorly designed. I’ve constantly falls out the back and onto the floor of the freezer or out of the freezer.
