Looks great. Side small door is functional Water dispenser is practical

So far, the fridge is working great. It looks unique due to the small door that you open for frequent things you need.

I bought my LG refrigerator not too long ago but so far it’s been really good. It works amazing and it come with a cool display case for your drinks that lights up. I would recommend this refrigerator to anybody looking to buy one.

Great product. Does an excellent job. No issues at all for 2 years now. Great looking fridge and has served us well so far. Hoping to get many more years of same service for years to come.

Outer door does not shut easily. Need to improve.Otherwise it is a great refrigerator .

Too many things wrong with this fridge to include them all here but a few might be possible: 1. Although it is supposed to be quiet it is worse than the 10 year old fridge it replaced. It seems like it runs 24/7 it has not stopped since it was delivered. 2. The paint on the corners is scratched off. This looks like a manufacturing issue when the doors were made. 3. The front doors and sides arrived with dings. This was not noticed until after it was delivered. 4. The "InstaView" feature does not work, unless you hit it so hard it feels like it might break the door. 5. 'PrintProof" does not really mean what you think it means, it shows every fingerprint or mark, unless you touch it with completely dry hands - never the case in a kitchen. 6. It is impossible to level the fridge with only two corners with moving feet. There are lots of other little issues with this unit. It does appear to be keeping things cool or frozen so that is nice. This is very disappointing I have other LG appliances and they all work great so this was a bit of a let down.

Extremely happy with our new refrigerator. the InstaView Door-in-door is quite handy. You don't realize how handy until you have one. Very pleased with the Best Buy Clerk that helped us decide on our new LG appliances.

We really enjoy the extra door on front (insta-view) as it really saves from opening refrigerator every time and holds more than I realized. Stainless steel wipes clean with warm water with no marking. Very pleased with our purchase.

Love this fridge!! Easy to see and dig around in! Keeps food very cold! Ice maker & water work great ! Love the knock knock so u can see in feature too! Very stylish and lots of great features!

The fridge is exactly what I want but the measurement that was done by my in home consultation was poor so my fridge doesn’t fit. We were under the assumption that it was my base board so that was cut and it still doesn’t fit. Horrible experience so far with Best Buy

This counter-depth refrigerator provides a great product with ample features for the price. It beats the competition hands down. The InstaView Door feature is one of the best features of this refrigerator.

Had never been a fan of side-by-side refrigerators, but this one looked interesting so we thought we'd give it a try. It's only been a couple of months, but so far we are really liking this refrigerator.

Only had this unit for two weeks+ but it has performed flawlessly to date. Ice maker has been great which was the primary failure of my 5 year old Samsung unit (Which I will never buy again)
