With only 2 options when I went to purchase, had to take this. It's just a strange layout. No cheese/deli drawer. No egg holder. We knew going with counter depth would be going smaller but it's just a really odd layout. No real spot for things like milk or wine bottles without taking out the shelves (everything I read says don't put dairy on the doors). Ice maker is very small and it took forever to make the initial 2 bins full that we had to toss. Said to dump initial 2 gallons of water but it still tasted strange so we ended up tossing more like 5 or 6 gallons.

Poor interior lighting and fan noise/hum

Less than 2 months old and compressor/fan noise of some sort has become quite noticeable when it’s running. The window door is gimmicky

After a week or so you get tired of always being able to see your milk and condiments in the door. However, the real issue with this fridge was the horrible plastic taste in the water that we could not get rid off. We tried two of these fridges before finally exchanging for an entirely different brand. First day with the different brand fridge and we were free of plastic water after over a month of headache with this fridge.

It also stopped producing ice & water. The app also stopped working for it. Something really strange happened to this fridge. A couple days later the cooling saver door jammed. I’m no longer a fan of this product or brand. LG came out & said give it a couple hours to produce ice and a few days to produce water. If it wasn’t for having geek squad in it, I would have spent a lot of money trying to fix it. Even with the protection it wasn’t fixed.
