    Not worth the money. Drinks are not very cold and takes 2 days for ice cream to freeze. Interior is very small ok for a family of 2 more than that and you are in trouble

    Broke Down After 2 Months

    Bought this during the pandemic since it was one of the only fridge's available. Was great for the first couple months but broken down totally this week. Trying to get LG to send a repair person out has been fruitless and frustrating. Definitely not recommended and I won't be buying anything from LG ever again.

    Beautiful fridge but terrible quality

    Absolutely not. We have owned this refrigerator for just over a year. We are now outside of the manufacturer warranty and the freezer has started knocking, the refrigerator light has started blinking while the door is closed and intermittently, and the button on the door handle has broken. I do not recommend at all.

    2nd service call since purchasing in July 2021

    I am on my 2nd service call since purchasing in July 2021. Needless to say to this fridge is crap. I would like to get my money back but it appears I am in endless cycle of service calls. Never buying LG fridge again and definitely not buying from Best Buy again...

    TOTALLY DISSATISFIED. YOUR TEAM HAS COME OUT TWICE. BOTH TIMES IT WAS THE WRONG TEAM. I HAVE A BUILT IN AND NEED THAT TEAM. TWICE I HAVE BORROWED ICE CHESTS AND EMPTIED MY REFRIGERATOR. THEY WERE TO CALL ME WITH A NEW DATE AND I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD FROM THEM!!

    Was really excited to receive this product, along with the great price. Unfortunately, I received it damaged, Best Buy was unaware of when the item would restock to find a date for a replacement. So, sadly had to go with another alternative. Was very disappointed :(

    Refrigerator defective, specs on width not accurat

    ordered LG side by side frig and dimensions on width inaccurate, have tried twice but couldn't get product to fit despite specs that kitchen built to. Best Buy was great however and took the two back without questions

    Unit broke after less than 4 months.Condenser went out and dealing w/Samsung was a nightmare.They required 5 separate visits from techs before starting replacement process. We were w/o for over 2 months!AWFUL PRODUCT

    Stay away from this unit it will constantly stop working and you will end up spending time wasted with repairs after repairs and it still wont work

    The fridge stopped working within 1 week. While LG wanted a repair, Best Buy took it back and allowed me to exchange for a Samsung

    Fridge arrived with damaged handles then received replacement with one handle damaged on 12/12/20. Ordered new handle and have not received yet.

    We just moved into a new house and had to buy a fridge. I did a lot of research and this seemed like a good fit, also Best Buy didn’t have many options at the time and we needed a fridge asap. I love LG and have owned many of their other appliances/products (washer, dryer, microwave, TV) so I trusted this brand. Within 1 week of owning this fridge we had many different issues with it. 2 days in, the door-in-door light was flickering nonstop it was like a strobe light in our kitchen. Then a few days later the ice maker & water dispenser stopped working. Then the freezer stopped working, thawing almost everything in it, and the bottom drawers of the fridge froze all of the fruit & veggies — a big waste of food. We were already stressed from moving and selling our old house so this was an added headache. We decided to exchange for a GE and it’s like a breath of fresh air! When the delivery tech came for the return-exchange of the fridges, he mentioned that these problems could’ve been caused by the doors not being installed properly by the previous tech, but we won’t know for sure. Please proceed with caution when buying this fridge!

    It is hard to imagine having refrigerator in the future that does not have door and door. It is so convenient and so easy to open the small door. I absolutely love it. However, the freezer is so small as to be a joke. The meat drawers are the size of a shoebox. Pathetic. Nothing is adjustable. The refrigerator side is minimally adjustable. I don't know what they were thinking. It only has two drawers, which are at the bottom. Overall, while the door is fantastic, the rest of the unit is pretty bad.

    There is some kind of defrost code coming up, that I'm dealing with now, but it's been flawless for the 3+ years we've owned it. Love the window with extra door.

    All the function in this refrigerator working perfect. InstaView Door-in-Door a big plus! Only problem was to connect to Wi-Fi acces but after three attempts everything working perfect.
