The refrigerator is very quiet. Does a great job of keeping up with our ice demands. The only complaint I have is that it shows EVERY TINY LITTLE FINGERPRINT. But that wasn’t something that I thought about when ordering it and so it is my fault for thinking it would be smudge free. The door within a door is way more convenient than I thought it would be. It’s a great refrigerator.

Best buy was great! The first LG we received had water and ice that tasted like silicon. No matter how much water we ran through it, and ice we dumped, the taste did not go away. The second LG's compressor had an obnoxious high pitch noise that you could here in every room on the main level of our house. I liked everything else about the LG fridge I but was not going to try a third. Best buy let us exchanged it for a Samsung RH22H9010S and so far it seams to be excellent. We had a lot of delivery people and technicians from Best buy at the house through all this and they were all wonderful.

I just wanted to express how impressed i am with this company. I ordered a fridge on Sunday and got it Wednesday and my old one hauled away for cheap. The delivery guys called ahead a couple of time to verify the appointment, showed up right on time, didn't ding or damage anything and were very careful. I will definitely keep buying from them if this is the level of customer service given. Thank you Geek Squad guys in Columbus, Ohio.

Love the instaview portion of frig! Counterdepth made it fit with cabinets perfectly

My new home kitchen is now complete with the Side by Side Instaview Smart Wi-fi Refrigerator. It looks amazing and very durable. I only wish it had an on and off light for the door in door counter depth view.

I really love everything about my new fridge, but the mobile App is quite useless! If you are choosing this over another fridge only because of the smart WiFi feature, save your time and money and go with the cheaper fridge that has a good warranty and support. I have heard LG support is good, and hope that's true.

I love this refrigerator, the cold drink section is exactly what we needed. It makes it easy for all to get the drinks or condiments and not keep the refrigerator open. Even for counter depth there is enough room for organizing your refrigerator and having several duplicate items.

This fridge is great. I love having the standard ice maker and side-y-side freezer. much more room than the French door versions. I especially love being able to see what's inside without opening the doors.

I wish the instaview drawers were adjustable. Can only fit tall items on the bottom shelf. Also, the view doesn't always necessarily work.

This was our first time having an ice maker. We could not before because of the children. So this is our adult refrigerator as empty nesters. The right amount of space for our groceries and it is smudge proof. We were able to give up buying five gallon water bottles monthly because of the great filtered water dispenser, saving money and space.

Recommend size and function for family of 4. Quiet and looks awesome in new kitchen

So my GE profile of 13 years died so I was in a bit of a hurry to purchase a new fridge. I needed a counter depth and didn't want to spend a fortune as we would probably leave it with the house. Extremely happy with my decade old LG washer/dryer I thought I'd try them with this fridge. Very pleased. Lots of room, very bright inside. I love the extra door. Easy for grab and go items.
