I purchased this refrigerator because I wanted one that would not stick out so far from the wall. The measurement is a little deceiving which is the reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. My space should have been perfect, but when the refrigerator was delivered, it was too wide for the space. I had to hire a carpenter to make the space larger. The refrigerator is beautiful, just make sure that you have a wider space than what the dimensions show.

So far we love it. The bottom had a small ding when delivered. The 2nd ice maker is a bit deceiving. It only makes 4-5 cubes per day and took 3 days to make the first one. They are bigger and look cool, but we are not big drinkers, so its ok. Make sure you know the top of the unit has a 2 inch high by 6 or 8 inch mechanism on top. We had to send it back and have our cabinets cut out to make it fit. Then the return and storage gave us a dent.

I absolutely love this fridge !! The “door within The door” is great for keeping creamer and juice at the ready and you aren’t opening the whole fridge up to get one item. Love the crushed ice and filtered water in door too. It’s a great looking and functioning appliance.

Everything about this fridge is beautiful! The craft ice adds an extra special touch but is not needed. Works flawlessly. This fridge is a must have!

Very disappointed with delivery. Nothing removed from it. Styrofoam, plastic nothing. Put in kitchen and that was it We have had other appliances delivered and never had remove all the packing material. There was also a very bad language barrier only one spoke English and that was broken and the other ones had to be talked to in their language so they would understand what they had to do. Just very disappointed with the whole drop off of all of the appliances the microwave dishwasher stove and refrigerator.

So far, so good! The only thing that I don't care for is when I pull out the bottom freezer drawer it pulls out the top freezer drawer within and it make a clunky noise. Other than that, I am happy! I love the Craft Ice!!

Very happy with this purchase. Bestbuy's installation was quick and easy. The fridge fit perfectly and is the highlight of my new kitchen. 5 stars!

This fridge has exceeded our expectations. The conversion drawer is a nice feature. We are using it for beverages which works great. Super cold! The craft ice is awesome! Takes 48 hours to get cold enough to make but once it starts it works like a charm! Highly recommend this fridge! Well worth the investment.

I read the reviews before I purchased the refrigerator and the only issue that was consistent was around the ice maker. It did seem like that was going to be an issue however after several days it started making a lot of ice cubs and also ice balls. I am happy with the purchase.

I love this refrigerator! I wish it had a few more cubic feet, but it’s great! I love the extra lighting inside the refrigerator for one. My favorite thing is the 4th door option. I have a lot of cheeses and cold cuts, so that’s what I use it for. I also really love the Craft Ice function! The cubes are huge and last a long time! The left side French door, however, doesn’t really hold much at all. But all in all, I do love all of the functionality of this model!

Love this refrigerator. It is very quiet & so far keeps the temps great. There is more room inside than we expected (we downsized) which is awesome. It looks great & is easy to clean. We especially love the conversion drawer that can be freezer or refrigerator. It expands your options. The craft ice maker is fun too! It does make noise when the bigger cubes are dropped, but not that often.

works great, middle drawer perfect for storing Soda, Bottled water etc. Ice machine has small hopper but seems to keep its self full

The perfect refrigerator. LOVE the middle drawer. Converted it to Freezer mode so don't have to open up the whole freezer for items we use every day. Great size. Counter depth is the only way to go.

nice looking fridge very high tech and fits our space perfect. it still needs to be leveled by the technician it wobbles when you close the doors, inside storage area could use some basic improvements. You cannot store long neck condiment bottles on the racks. They bang into the top gasket. Still trying to get the wi-fi to work but keep getting error message that App is no longer available...huh?

Did a lot of research before jumping the gun on a purchase. This one has everything I wanted and it's even better "in person" than in the ads for it. Was worried about it's interior seeming smaller in the store than my old one, but it's organization is so superior that it actually accommodates more. The convertible middle drawer and the see through Instaview door are absolutely wonderful.

Love the new fridge and look in option as well as door space. Larger than our former fridge and much better

Love the craft ice! We bought this refrigerator specifically for the craft ice and color. We did a lot of research and couldn't pass up the bezt buy deal!

We have only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, so far we really like it. The only challenge is that it does not have as much space as our old refrigerator. The extra drawer is wonderful!
