Wanted a side-by-side refrig for easy freezer access. Liked the handle-less design. Only 2 inconveniences: the water is room temp from the dispenser and the vegetable drawer handle is at the bottom vs top of drawer so must been down all the way

I really like the way this counter depth refrigerator fits in my small kitchen. It is also great to have both ice and water easily at our disposal on the freezer door!

Works great. I did not need a lot of storage space as it is just for one person. The ice maker makes small cubes which I like much better than the half round cubes one normally gets. Great product for the price.

Great Fridge! Water and Ice dispenser work great! Lots of storage space in Fridge and Freezer. Whisper quiet! Only noise I hear is when is ice maker is dumping ice into storage bin. Very happy with my purchase!

This refrigerator does not have a display to indicate the actual temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer. I had to buy two thermometers. The shelves in the refrigerator do not allow for putting tall bottles on them. However, tall bottles can be stored on the bottom shelf of the door. The icemaker on the door leaves more room in the freezer for storage. The display for water, ice cubes, and crushed ice is a bit confusing. You have to push the middle button for water several times to get it to make ice instead of pushing on the ice displays. Overall, it is a nice refrigerator despite some quirky features.

Great purchase. We love the refrigerator. Prompt delivery with quick installation. We love Total Tech and will buy all appliances at Best Buy because of it.

So far, so good! We replaced an old freezer on top refrigerator. It is so nice to be able to see everything in the refrigerator. It has plenty of room, the freezer is cold, and we love it!

Product is spacious and easy to clean. Best buy did a great job assembling the fridge and bringing it upstairs with no defaults on the way.

I have this refrigerator since Two weeks ago, I liked! Looks nice and has a good design. So far the only concern is the sound making ice, but it is not a big deal for me.

Pretty good for everything. My one critique is you can’t turn off the alert noise when it’s been open for more than like 20 seconds. Small inconvenience but whenever I clean the fridge it gets annoying

I love the sleek look...no handles so modern. I like side by sides much better than the french doors also. So happy with the purchase

The layout of this refrigerator is perfect for maximizing storage. Its easy to clean and easy to install. The counter depth was what was needed in my application.

Delivery was great, this unit is still a big frig even though its counterdepth. People in the store were good.

This is a great refrigerator with plenty of room. My only complaint is that fingerprints show. I wish I had thought about getting one that doesn’t show fingerprints.

The counter-depth and recessed handles are great in a narrow part of my kitchen. So far, the performance has been fantastic.
