I love this fridge! It has been a steep learning curve to switch from a top freezer model to a French door one. But I’ve loved it after waiting for years to switch. I did not “need” the door-in-door design but like keeping my most used items in that area. Also love the open door signal.

Refrigerator is nice except I found a small dent on the door. The delivery experience was thr worst ever. The delivery man came, but left without dropping it saying there is no access to unload. But he was lying. Rescheduled one week after, which made my life very inconvenient.

Very nice product, lt looks great on my kitchen. Enough space for me. Icemaker works great, but the ice had a weird taste in the beginning but has diminish a lot. Icemaker is a little loud, but it doesn't bother me. I purchased the fridge a little over a month, so far so good. Very elegant fridge!

I initially wasn't looking for a fridge in this price range, but I'm sure glad I splurged! Size is perfect, looks good in the space and the instaview door is so convenient! Definitely recommend this product, especially if you're on the fence about it!

So far (3 weeks) fridge is great. So much more space than old side X side. Does take the ice maker a few days to kick into gear, but has been plentiful since. DELIVERY - The gentlemen were very respectful, on-time & went out of there way to work around small openings and other workers. BUT, and this is a BIG BUT - they did not check the waterline connection prior to pushing the refrigerator into place and leaving. Water leaking into my basement through the ceiling for about two hours. Can't even imagine if I had left the house for the rest of the day. MAKE SURE the connection is checked prior to leaving!! I didn't even think twice about it....

So far so good. It's quiet and does its job well. This was an emergency purchase as my previous Samsung fridge burnt out for the 3rd summer in a row. As the only decent available option (the fridge market is SCARCE right now) I just took a gamble and lucked out. The secondary door wasn't a feature I was looking for initially but it I have grown accustomed to it. It's great to pick out a drink without having to actually open the fridge first. I had no use for the ice cube maker but at least it doesn't take up much space, unlike my previous fridge which took up almost a quarter of the freezer.

Having the door to get drinks wout having to open the door is awesome. Might be nice feature to have ice n water in other door but makes plenty of ice!! All thumbs up

I love this refrigerator so spacious and roomy. And I love the ice maker that is built in.

Very pleased thus far. We are enjoying the instaView door and the quietness of operation. We believe we made the right choice.

I have had this fridge for 2 months now, we’re very happy with it. No trouble to set up, works great. Ice maker is perfect, we never run out of ice anymore. The “see thru” door makes it look even better, we keep our most used items there and avoid opening the whole door, saves energy plus it looks fantastic. Freezer is very spacious, even allows me to divide the contents by tray so nothing gets lost inside the freezer!

We are so happy and satisfied about the LG refrigerator that we recently purchased from Best Buy thus far. We were somewhat apprehensive about a bottom freezer and the French door arrangement as we've always had a single door-top freezer refrigerator. This fridge moved right into the the limited space allowed only for our older fridge perfectly. The LG is so quiet and the convenient storage space/shelves are additional features that we like.

Bought this guy on sale and had it delivered, our family loves it. Decided to go with one that was simple, didn’t need a water or ice dispenser on the door. Still wanted ice so we open the freezer and scoop out the ice we need, Stayed with the Lg brand and access to drinks without having to open the fridge door is awesome. Double tap on the window and the light comes letting me know whats (cold) and available to drink. Its not noisy, easy to clean and plenty of room for our family needs. Started making ice immediately, make sure to remove all the tape that secures everything inside prior to plugging her in. It does come with a water filter that will needs to be installed prior to making ice. Filter was sooo easy to install, its small and compact. For anyone needing a fridge and is looking to downsize, this one will work just fine. Enjoy!

I love my LG refrigerator… it’s not too big for the area. Not real bulky and sitting out in the middle of the floor . I seem to have more space in my kitchen along with inside of my LG refrigerator. Thanks Best Buy and thank the delivery persons as well they were Great‼️

It's a great fridge! It doesn't look that big, but once you start trying to fill it, it has a great amount of room - glad I went with the counter depth! The only drawback is that my gallon pitcher really only fits on the door shelf. Other than that, no real issues with it. I like that it's an energy efficient appliance, too!

We are very pleased with this refrigerator. The counter-depth actually makes our small kitchen look larger. The door-in-door is a very nice feature. Plenty of space in the refrigerator section. Not so much in the freezer, so keep your freezer requirements in mind when evaluating a purchase.

This stainless steel LG Refrigerator has been a tremendous upgrade. I had last purchased a refrigerator in 2001. This has much more room, and is an energy star rating. It runs pretty quietly and helps me stay organized with drinks and food items

Very well designed fridge: deep door shelves which helps access to everything; ice maker in the freezer is convenient and the space saved by not having it on the door makes this counter dept fridge more spacious than the full depth one I had before.

Just love the fresh, sleek design and the convenience of the separate see- thru door. Due to having narrow entrance doors in our home, we were compelled to get this size refrigerator. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we have ample fresh and frozen food storage.

Really! Before buying I was saying I would have gladly given up the InstaView Door for $100 discount but now that I have it, I would pay $100 extra. This fridge replaced a side by side freezer/fridge which was new in the condo I just bought because I wanted a bottom freezer with less depth and worth every penny.
