I’m very pleased so far. I needed more usable and accessible freezer space, and this meets my demands. Six pull-out drawers/shelves, and 6 door-mounted shelves are well designed. Black stainless blends well with my contemporary kitchen.

Love this fridge! A tad smaller than my previous fridge; however, more space since the ice maker is on the door. Love the easy access compartment for all the drinks since my kids open the door all the time.

I knew it was beautiful, but I was worried about the space initially. Thankfully it fit quite well in our fridge space, and still provided enough space for our two-person family (though we do eat a lot).

The refrigerator and freezer overall looks great and provides lots of food storage. I especially like the French door freezer and pull out bins. For these reasons I rate two stars instead of one. It really takes some getting used to, not having handles to open the doors and this adds to smudges on the exterior. The most frustrating issue? The ice maker has not worked since day one and a few hours after the install, error codes appeared on the front display. I called Best Buy and it took 10 days before the Geek Squad looked at it. They said based on the error code, which I reported at the beginning, they would have to now order a part, it would take up to two weeks to arrive and only then could they setup a return appointment to fix. I don’t know why the part wasn’t available or at least ordered 10 days ago when I reported the problem. I’ve gotten the first bill to pay and at the very least, it will be a month or more before I finally get the first ice cube from this new refrigerator. I wasn’t expecting to be buying ice at this point in time. Needless to say, very disappointing.

I received awesome customer service in store at Best Buy-- they were able to show me a few different fridges that would fit through the very narrow opening to my kitchen and this was the winner. I especially like the freezer section -- because of all the separate compartments instead of one big drawer it is very easy to keep organized. My only con is that I wish the shelves behind the ice maker were a little deeper-- I can only fit a few condiments there.

My wife absolutely loves the complete control she has for her food organization. She even makes sure I have space for bulk rib purchases and was happy to have the space to put away leftover ribs still in the aluminum pan. The ability to arrange side-to-side space saves her time when putting leftovers away because the size of the container is not limited by width like a side-by-side.

This fridge looks awesome and works great! It is very functional and has plenty of space.

We just sold our home with the appliances and in our new home bought the French Door refrigerator again since the best refrigerator we ever bought. Love the shelves, front door entry, freezer shelves, ice maker and every feature offered on the refrigerator. We love the black stainless steel color too. We recommend this refrigerator.

Great looking refrigerator. Working well, however I would like to add one more storage door for cold cuts/sausages/cheese and butter. The storage in the door is very convenient for milk/juice/yogurt, etc. we are very happy with refrigerator.

We researched many product lines and LG always come out at the top of our list. It is not the cheapest but it was the best value for quality and price we could find. Andrew at the Brookfield location was great to work with and helped us customize a package to take home.

We purchased the LG French door refrigerator and just sold our home. We repurchased the LG French Door refrigerator for our new home since we both love the Black Stainless Steel refrigerator so much. Hope you enjoy your LG refrigerator as much as we do.
