This refrigerator is the most beautiful, organized and functional of any refrigerator I've ever seen or used. I am thrilled with this product! My refrigerated/frozen items are easy to find, kept at constant temps, and the frig is so easy to use!

Compared many styles and models for over a month and couldn't be happier. Wasn't sure about the "5th door" but really nice to have. Excellent temps and love the freezer draws. Very good product.

The only problem was that they actually had to bring 2 because the first one was scratched in two places. When they brought the second one it was scratched also, but they gave me 10 percent off.

Double front door makes accessing small items and condiments extreme Ly handy. You loose interior space with double door but we’ll wortj the reduction

This refrigerator is good, but has some drawbacks. The door in door feature is great for milk and butter. Be cautious of the black stainless steel. It is just a coating and can easily scratch. It cannot be fixed if it happens as the coating is gone then. Also, we had issues with the ice tasting like plastic. It took a long time to get rid of the plastic taste when ice is added to water glass.

Great fridge but getting used to it is taking a while. That's just my comfort level, nothing to do with the appliance. It does not hold much ice is my only complaint.

new brand in the house, i used to have a samsung fridge, decided to try a new brand its fantastic, have to get use to the new features.

I love this refrigerator. I really like the two freezer doors. It helps me to stay organized.

More noisy than what the cie claim., I would not buy it again

purchased sept 14 2018. stopped working Oct 23. this was a $4,000 refrigerator. this is unacceptable. while we purchased the extended warranty, 2 years and 9 days is not an appropriate lifespan. Even with the extended warranty, it will take the best buy authorized repair person 5 days to get to us. i cannot shop around for another repair place. we just have to sit here without a refrigerator until the guy assesses the problem, then wait for parts to arrive or replacement authorization to come through.

This LG Refrigerator is perfect for counter depth areas.

Like the front look, funtionality and performace so far. But was not made aware that the unit is designed to lean backward and does not look straight up from sides. The bottom sticks out about 1" more than the top. Can't adjust wheels or anything to straighten it up.

It's a fridge, it has 4 doors which I like the best. The freezer is big for its style. The only issue is that the veggie tray freezes because the door freezer for ice runs right along it and freezes anything in side.

Door storage area is not convenient to use. Rigidity of door frame is not firm. It is not easy to clean the black stainless steel surface. Exterior design looks good. Interior design is not good enough for the premium refrigerator.
