I called best buy and they had the worst customer service ever! Apparently since it doesn't specifically say it includes the power cable, the power cable is not included. I've never in my life purchased an electronic item that doesn't include a power cable! Website is super unclear, customer service did nothing to help. I'm returning this item and bought a much better one on amazon.

It was very easy to assemble, but after using it for several hours yesterday and today, at random times it dims slightly and then returns to it's normal brightness. It was on sale yesterday for $50 off 159.99, $5 more than this daily deal price. I think I'll spend the $109.99 I paid toward a better monitor. My fault for being cheap to begin with, but I'd recommend another option.

Good Monitor

I bought it on tax season for an emergency (I am a tax preparer) and the now it’s not working that well so I have to buy another monitor :(

Viewing Angles from this TV are terrible

This monitor has nice "blacks," but like all VA monitors, it has terrible viewing angles. The moment you get even a few inches away from the center, you start to see the "blues" turn into "greens." I could not deal with this. I returned the monitor and bought an excellent 24" IPS monitor from Element that cost a LOT less and looked a LOT better!
