Maintains temperature well. Like the dual ice makers. Bins are large. Bottom racks/trays in doors are too small and not really useful. Need to make sure doors close as occasionally one door will not fully close even though it has been adjusted properly.

We are really enjoying the upgrade to our kitchen that this fridge has brought. Interior is well-lit. Adjustable shelves allow customizing to items we store. The model is a little pricey, but the big round craft ice cubes produced in the freezer keep cocktails cold and look great too.

Bought this for a house currently occupied by a family other than us. The occupants live the fact that the ice maker consumes little refrigerator space and their kids love the slow melt ice cubes from the bottom. They put them in drinks from mason jars so they can be seen.

Disclaimer: I've only had this fridge for two weeks. So far, so good. The layout inside the fridge is perfect for our needs. I like the slide-out drawer at the bottom to store raw meat. The ice and water dispensers work well. Delivery and installation went very smoothly as well.

Overall good product, but as expected being a counter depth refrigerator the storage is sacrificed. Looks good and includes huge round ice cubes in addition to regular.

Really liking this fridge. The ice maker in the door works great, and the craft ice is awesome. The only improvement that could be made would be to add a fridge drawer above the freezer, like some fridges have.

Love the smaller ice cubes as well as the craft ice! Having the regular ice maker in the door keeps it from dripping all the time (like my previous refrigerator did) and frees up a lot of space in the refrigerator compartment. The real bonus is that the print proof finish really is!

We purchased this for our new home. The craft ice is what sold us. The ice lasts for a longer period of time. It’s the size of a golf ball and it keeps your drink and didn’t melt for a long time. I like the shelving available for the doors.

I love the new frig. I've heard some horror stories about the craft ice maker but so far ours is working just fine. Fingers crossed. But I love the layout of the frig and everything seems to be working great.

Love this fridge!! Makes craft ice it does take a while but it works amazing! & the water and ice maker on the fridge door is great! Amazing amount of storage. Glad we bought this fridge.

I wasn’t at the house when our appliances were installed but my wife was. She spoke highly of the crew who hooked up everything. She stated they were very polite and knowledgeable about each piece. The fridge has worked flawless since.

This is a great fridge for temperature and space. The craft ice is decent but not perfectly clear and round. It has a flat spot and tends to always have a bubble or cloud. Non the less it is excellent ice. The beauty and quietness of this fridge make it worth every penny.

Had to replace the second Samsung and decided to try this LG. What an upgrade. The indoor ice-maker leaves a ton of space in the fridge. No matter how much we pack in, it seems empty. The craft ice is pretty cool too (no pun intended). Absolutely would recommend.

So far this has been a great purchase. Water dripped from dispenser for a few days but has now stopped. The craft ice is a perfect addition. Appreciate being able to control it with the on off switch...if only it was a little easier to get to.

We took delivery on this new LG counterdepth refrigerator about a month ago. We are enjoying the organizational features and spaciousness of this model. Love the craft ice!

When better refrigerators are made, LG will make them! In my opinion, it's a better product than either Sub Zero or Viking which are out of most people's financial reach. The craft ice cube maker is incredible! Best bang for the buck!!

I’ve only had this fridge for about 3 weeks. It makes the large circle ice cubes as well as the smaller size that is dispensed through the door. Our family uses an absurd amount of ice and it is doing well with keeping up with us.

Really nice product. Plenty of space for all our needs. One thing I would recommend is, use a different brand water filter. The LG provided filter leaves the water tasting like plastic! Other than that a great product.

Love this fridge!! So easy to see everything inside, and the ice makers work great!! We really don’t use the large round ice, but it will be handy for coolers in the summer, or pitchers of lemonade. Highly recommend!
