Pleased with the look & function of the fridge in general. Interior shelves are not adjustable enough to allow a wine bottle or half gallon of milk to stand upright forcing you to use the door. Very quiet running except for when the ice tray fills. Sounds like a flood. When the freezer has just been shut it cannot be reopened until it finishes its locking procedure. Just quirks to get used to.

Very nice interior set up with adequate versatility for storing refrigerated items. I like the fact that it doesn’t fingerprint easily.

Love this refrigerator. It fit perfectly in my new home and gives a polished look. The craft ice is especially nice.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. This is a very flawed refrigerator, and I have suspicion that LG engineered it to fail. There is a very common error code that appears on LG fridges called "FFE" which is the freezer fan. This element is only covered under warranty for 1 year, and it will happen at some point. Search FFE, you will see hundreds of posts about it as it is a very common defect. The reason I'm leaving a 1 star is because of LG's unwillingness to help. They charge $400+tax to send a technician to fix it, but they didn't have a tech available in the area. So their solution was to send me a link to their public website to search my area for licensed service technicians and call them on my own accord. I have about $20k worth of LG appliances in my house and I'm disgusted with this treatment. I will never trust LG or purchase LG appliances again.

I think it's going to be real nice once they deliver and install it on August 30th. I bought a previous LG frig 3 1/2 years ago and had a 5 year warranty on it. That one was from Lowe's. It self destructed at 3.5 years. It was such a hassle to invoke the warranty that I said, no more Lowe's, I am going with Best Buy. I have previously liked Best Buys products and service. Stars in this review are mostly guesses.

This fridge…at least so far is great! Love the ice and how quickly it replenishes itself.

This refrigerator is more than we expected. Looks good, holds a lot of food, and the freezer is just the right size, counter-depth.

Great fridge. Love all of the internal space and the large round ice cubes.

The big balls are fantastic....but the icemaker is problematic as I have had it replaced two times. I never want to be without the large balls again but make sure to get protection for the icemaker!
