Very customer focused and helpful. They ensured the refrigerator line was installed properly and were very careful not to bump into anything in our house while carrying in the large refrigerator. Very happy w/ refrigerator too.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a water analysis using a tds meter to measure water purity of this fridge. The result was the water coming out of the fridge was about equal to tap water. The filter is not very effective. It was a 155 on the meter out of the fridge same as tap. My reverse osmosis filter gets it down to a 15. My advice to LG is to make more effective filtration systems in your refrigerators. The images are of water calcification as the ice melts. If the filter was better it could reduce this issue and give cleaner water.
