Overall, very happy with the refrigerator. This refrigerator replaces an LG refrigerator we purchased seven (7) years ago. The compressor went out in the old refigerator, making it necessary to buy a new one. The only complaints we have is that there is no place for the butter dish and there is no spring closure with the right-facing door. (The older model that we had to replace did have these features. )

So far so good. We like the counter-Depth size and the second Craft Ice maker.

This is a beautiful fridge. Works great at providing craft ice for my whiskey.

I am satisfied with this Refrigerator, except for one aspect. The Exterior Ice Dispenser is very shallow, and consequently sloppy! Even if I try to block it like a goalie or baseball catcher ice is usually all over the floor...had to put a floor mat in front of the fridge...

I really like everything about this fridge - except that it doesn't have that 4th flexi drawer. I ended up returning this fridge for that one. I like this one without the Insta view window better. Wish the flexi drawer didn't have that window. But, ultimately decided the door meant more to me than my dislike of the instaview. (It's really more that I just don't care for the instaview gimmick, not that there is any problem with it)

The finish inside and out is beautiful! The ability to organize inside is handy and useful. The craft ice is cool, but we are unlikely to use, however I have been delivering it to my friends that enjoy bourbon. The only thing I don't like about this model is the bottom of the water dispenser. There isn't a lip or silicon mild to catch water that spills or isn't caught in the cup. I am constantly wiping up little drips.

Greatly enjoying the new fridge especially the craft ice balls.

Very nice refrigerator, very quiet and functional but has some issues. The fruit/produce drawers are deeper than they need to be taking up space for the shelves making less usable. Also the “craft ice” in the secondary ice maker is a bad idea. They are made very slowly and not as functional as normal ice cubes.

The salesman that helped us in choosing the right refrigerator was great, and very helpful. He helped us to check all of the features of the refrigerators that would fit our needs. The delivery of the refrigerator was on time, the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable of everything that was needed for the set up, including the hook-up of the ice maker.
