They reduced the fruit and vegetable trays from 3 to 2 trays and you open them from the bottom instead of the top. Craft ice bin was designed poorly. The cutout in the back for the icemaker is much too large and the large balls of ice will fall out the back behind the freezer drawers and block the freezer door from closing completely. You will need to remove the 2 top drawers to remove the ice. I made a small 1" x 7" cutout in the front of the bin and turned it around. The freezer door seems a bit flimsy. It will rock back & forth. They moved the control board from the rear to the top front which could cause the frig to stick out an additional 2.5" if you are installing it under a 24" wall cabinet. Electrical cord comes out the top front behind the control board instead of the rear.

Excellent product, very easy to use and maintain and very efficient

This is the first time we’ve had to put a new refrigerator in a defined space. We did our homework but still were worried. Best Buy immediately put us at ease as they looked at the space. The new refrigerator was brought in and did not even have to take the doors off. The features were explained well and all our questions were answered

Dispenses cold clear water, the craft ice balls are great. Easy installation and set up.

The fridge is amazing and roomy, and has a bright interior which I love. It is so much easier for me to fit and organize in this fridge compared to my old one. The only problem I have is that the ice maker in the freezer is not making full circles, which is disappointing. Other than that I would say it is a great fridge because, it is easy to organize, big and roomy, and looks good from the outside.

We love the size, appearance, functions and features.

Consumer Report recommend this fridge and I am very happy with its performance. Very quiet and the app feature is neat but besides notifying you that you need to change a filter it’s pretty pointless. Very happy with Purchase but keep in mind it is a smaller size fridge so not as much space as others, but I needed that for my smaller space in the new house.

Love this fridge!! The style, design inside and features!

I had this for a couple of weeks. Pretty roomy for the refrigerator part for a counterdepth. The freezer space seems a bit tight and if your using the bin to make the craft ice, even less space. As compared to my old one, things are nice and cold. So it’s a toss up less space for a counterdepth vs. a standard size. Also not totally smudge proof as advertised. I do wish I had more trays for taller items.

The refrigerator does show fingerprints. The second ice cube trays is a great novelty.

This unit makes good use of the space it takes up. It is smaller than our previous fridge but it uses it's space well and items are well displayed and easy to find. The freezer has a nifty pull out drawer for thinner items that I like. The craft ice is a fun bonus We are pleased.

All the features you would want. And it looks great.

Perfect size for a small family. Counter-depth will limit storage capability.

This is a truly wonderful product, and we are hoping that we will get many years of trouble free service from it. Purchase was in store & very easy, and delivery contractors were also very adept at what they were doing & very accommodating. All in all, we are very satisfied, and always shop around when making large appliance purchases, but always end up at BestBuy.
