Love how spacious my new refrigerator is! It looks great, too!

We have only had this refrigerator a few days, but it is stylish, has a lot of nice features and using the features is pretty straight forward. It did, however, arrive with 3 dents and will have to be replaced. The dispensed water is not very cold, much less so than our old refrigerator. But overall, so far so good.

Excellent product and professional delivery! The huge 7am-1pm delivery window was a minor inconvenience since I was not living at the location at the time due to renovations. However, Best Buy called ahead and came on the earlier end of the window. All the tape was removed, filter and waterline installed, and it was ready to go!

It was super easy to get a refrigerator. And make Low monthly payments.. All the workers along the process were awesome. Thank you!

Thankful to have a refrigerator….. like the LG. Samsung has major problems with all the ice makers. Nothing is problem free but you like a few problems with a major appliance as possible. 2 friends have an LG refrigerator and are pleased with it and me too!

Everything went well, until it was discovered the power cord ran from the top of the refrigerator; this added another inch. The sales team helped and a replacement was found, though it lacked the craft ice.

The refrigerator, so far, is delivering as promised. Craft ice is cute, but a bit unnecessary. Delivery was timely, but had to be delayed since shut off valve for water was not in the desired location. Response for return visit and installation was excellent, and old refrigerator was moved to the garage, unfortunately with the doors on crooked.

Love this refrigerator, the best one I had I've called the service once during my warranty period and they came the following day of my call Im buying other LG products for my kitchen and I have LG washer and dryer for many years working perfectly

I purchased this fridge because of immediate availability, ice options and free delivery. The delivery service provided was fantastic. The gentlemen were very careful bringing the unit into my new home being careful not to scratch my wood floors. I am very pleased with the appliance and delivery. Recommend.

I really like this refrigerator. The shelves are huge and hold more condiments than my full size fridge. I really like the two ice makers and the speed that it makes ice. The only reason for four stars is that sometimes the water dispenser does not dispense and the ice maker is loud.

Nice refrigerator. My only quirk is that it takes about 1 month of emptying out the water discharge in the front for the water to be drinkable and not have any weird plastic flavor. We probably dumped over 10+ gallons worth (this also affects ice) to flush. Finally it is good.

Overall I really like my new refrigerator. I love the golfball size ice cubes. My only problem was finding a good way of adjusting the shelfs to fit the size jars etc. that I have. Still working on this

This was a loner while we decided what to do about our LG which had blown two compressors in a little over a year.It cooled down very quickly when initially plugged in. Loved the size of the crushed ice. The craft ice is a great idea but it would take forever to make enough to use for a party, even a small party. The in door water/ice dispenser constantly leaked water on the floor. Similar problem we had with the Samsung. Attention had to be made to the refrigerator doors as they did not close easily. I would not recommend this unit.

This refrigerator has more useable space than I expected. It is well lit and well designed. My only negative is that the left front door does not stay opened when I need it to.

Nice looking refrigerator but the only reason we bought this refrigerator was that it was the only model that would fit into our cut out space and we wanted a black stainless steel refrigerator to match our other appliances. We have had a LOT of issues with the craft ice maker and the control panel on the refrigerator door. You can't turn off this refrigerator without unplugging it. There is no turn off switch. The controls to reset the craft icemaker are also very hard to get to. There are also multiple trays in the freezer that make the freezer space very inefficient. I would not buy this product again if I had it to do over again.

This refrigerator is beautiful, efficient, and works perfectly. It has the highest interior volume of any French door counter depth refrigerator that I know about. I love the fact that the temperature controls are on the door, easy to see and to change. I would buy it again.
