Absolutely love this refrigerator. This is my second purchase of an LG appliance suite in three years (second purchase for another home just be clear) and these just do not disappoint.

Good improvement on water in door design and location of water filter. Product looks good and fits into space well. Not sure about usefulness of craft ice.

great fridge. Has good usable volume and fits perfectly into the old spot. Has easy access to all the drawers as well and feels like it holds more than the prior fridge.

I was able to find the exact refrigerator I wanted at a great price. The salespeople were helpful and assisted with coordinating the details of my delivery, which also went smoothly.

Not a lot of room for tall (milk gallon, whipped cream canister) items due shelf layout and limited door holders as a result of the in-door ice maker. If you're OK with working around this, it's a very good unit.

This is in a second home and I haven't had a chance to even read the manual yet, so only giving 4 stars for now. It looks wonderful and as of now I'm sure it will deserve a 5 star rating eventually.

This was our replacement choice after our larger LG froze up and had to be replaced. So far we like all the features and it holds close to our larger fridge due to the filter move placement. Freezer is a little small.

The installer should of been more informative relative to how long the refrigerator should sit and should have removed all tape and plastic from the frig as part of the install for the price I paid, not a cheap appliance.

Nice refrigerator. A few things I didn’t like so much were the shelf in the doors can not fit liter bottles, and the craft ice maker makes 3 cubes be day! If your having a get together, you better save your cubes up!

Good fridge, but still trying to figure out how to make the water and ice taste better. There is a horrible metallic taste to it

So far so good. Works as promised. Looks very good and blends decently well with the counter. Best buy installation was easy, professional.

Looks great, only bad thing is it’s not as roomy inside than most fridges. The craft ice comes out deformed for the first couple of weeks.

Received the refrigerator on promised date. They put it in hooked up the water for the ice maker and took the old refrigerator out without scratching anything. The were nice and respectful wore masks, etc.

My refrigerator quit and I had company coming. Sal was very patient and helped me a lot. He is very knowledgeable. Guys that delivered we polite and professional. A good experience from beginning to end.

Freezer needs better drawer spacing. The trays are so shallow they dont hold much

It's a pretty good refrigerator but accessing the in door ice is not too easy.

I don’t like the way it dispenses ice. It seems to spray outside your cup no matter the size. Something else I didn’t like is the handle on the bottom drawer is not a metal instead a rubber type handle which I could see wearing after 5 years or sooner, maybe even cracking whereas this wouldn’t happen with metal. I wanted a ice/filter water dispenser and was somewhat limited because of space availability. I like it for the most part it’s better than what I had and if easy to return/exchange I would.

Spend 3000$ to find out the door doesnt even press against the fridge enough to get a proper seal.
