    If you like drinking pool water, this is for you

    No matter how much water we run through the filter the water tastes like drinking out of a pool. After 2-3 gallons it starts to taste better but then if you go back for a drink an hour later it tastes like pool chemicals again. Awful.

    The LG refrigerator is EXCELLENT in every way...EXCEPT ONE! While the Craft Ice Maker is a nice idea, it just doesn't work. Three ice balls every two days is just not doable. This same refrigerator is available with a standard second ice maker. BUY IT!!!

    It is not even a month the water is leaking from ice and water dispenser.the panel in the fron doesn’t stay lit

    Major flaw in door closing

    Right front door does not close correctly. We bought the fridge, then had it replaced with the same model. The new model had the SAME problem. We will be returning this one and replace again with either a different model or brand.

    We have had this refrigerator about two weeks. We are unable to use the water or ice from this refrigerator. It has a terrible taste.

    Don't buy; Had the Craft Ice Ball dispenser replaced after three months and now need it done again. 3 months later. Don't waste your money......

    2 Years In and Perfect!

    Ok now that we’ve had this awhile: It’s EXCELLENT! We got this almost 2 years ago, finally doing a review! Absolutely no problems and I hope I’m not jinxing it. 2 ice makers - both working beautifully. Large balls in lower, water and ice in door. So much room and still counter depth. In laws are in need so I’m going to buy another if this exact model, why change what’s working? Open area for large items, shelves/bins good quality, doors hold lots and well placed. Temps are easily adjustable and even throughout. Quiet operation - getting door ice is a little noisy but that’s a quick thing and normal. Internal water filter a breeze to change with indication when it’s due. Great lighting, easy to clean, holds a lot! We have no complaints- you will be happy, if not, the problem is not with the refrigerator. Doors and bottom freezer open effortlessly, nice non-annoying chime if doors are ajar. Well designed, did I mention we’re going to buy a second?

    LG is not Supported by Best By

    We purchased this LG Refrigerator against recommendations of friends based on frequent failures and slow support from LG. At 1st we loved this refrigerator so spacious, sleek looking and the ice maker both craft and regular are spectacular. The refrigerator was delivered on 8/17/2020 and our 1st failure is today on 11/1/2020. We called Best Buy and we were forwarded directly to LG, it seems Best Buy sells but does not support LG products. On a Sunday I was able to reach LG and schedule a repair for 11/9/2020, so I am now without a refrigerator for at least a week. The bottom line never purchases an LG product from Best Buy and from now on I will buy appliances from local retailers with repairs capabilities.

    I really like this refrigerator and the design of the shelves. However, I don't know how long I've had it and I just noticed the tiny shelves on the doors at the very bottom. I am sure that will come in handy.

    The refrigerator is working well. The shelves and freezer section took a few minutes to get used to. We had to figure out how we would place things, and once that was accomplished, we continue to be happy with it.

    We've had the frig about a year. Compressor failure, even bought the extended 3 year warranty. NO TECHS, NO RESPONSE, and saw online LG frig has a class action lawsuit for compressor failure. It's junk, don't waste your money. No frig for 3 weeks!!!

    DO NOT BUY. Warranty & Quality are Garbage

    DO NOT BUY THIS (or anything from LG if you ask me)! If I could give it zero stars I would. Bought this fridge 2 years ago & have had to replace the fan TWICE now. It's $430 through LG to replace - EACH TIME. The fridge looks nice enough & it was great while it worked. It's made fine, but the actual functionality of the fridge is so poor. But the ice makers are absolute garbage & LG's customer service makes me enraged. They do NOT care that you just spent $3,000 on a fridge that didn't even last 2 years. They don't tell you when they send someone out whether or not it's covered under warranty, and then you get charged outrageous amounts of money to come fix their brand new product. GO with literally any other brand. Although, we switched from a Samsung & their ice maker wasn't much better.
