OMG. My off white cabinets and the high gloss stainless Steel black. BOOM. The fridge is so fun. Door in door. And sooo quiet. WOW

Fridge broke 3 years and 1 day after delivery, 1 day after extended warranty ran out. You can’t make that up. Spoiled fridge and freezer full of food. Geek squad wiped their hands of it, LG is supposedly going to repair at no cost. We shall see. However, not happy.

Lots of space. Ice makers does not take up a large part of the capacity like other models.

Fridge does a good job as a fridge. Ice maker and water delivery work great. Fridge window is an ok feature not really that great once you have it. lighting and storage configurations are great for the size of fridge. Door does not stay cold enough for milk. You will need to keep that in the main part of the fridge.

Always wanted a door in door, it just looked so cool. Does it make a big difference, honestly no. The space inside does seem smaller than other fridges. I wish it had 2 drawers instead of 3 in the row, just so the drawers would be bigger. With this fridge, it will make sure you know whats in your fridge, no hiding in the back given the depth which for us is a good thing.

I am so please with the decision to purchase this refrigerator. I absolutely love the size. It has plenty of room for everything. It is extremely quiet. The only noise you hear is the ice dropping. I had a side by side but was afraid this freezer wouldn't be enough. It is more than ample. I love the two sliding drawers in the freezer. Great!

Love the black stainless steel does not show marking like stainless steel. Like the door in door feature

I've only been using for about three months and since this is my first counter depth, I'm still re-arranging to find the best way to get as much use of the space. I don't like having to open both doors to access the full width drawer. Noise level isn't loud, but I have it out in the open while kitchen is being renovated so I hear the hum. Overall, I'm very satisfied with t his appliance.

Fits well in the space and the black stainless is beautiful. We like accessing beverages without opening the whole door. There isn't as much space on the doors for condiments since the ice maker is part of refrig door but plenty of space inside on the shelves. Ice and water dispensers work well.

This refrigerator is wonderful!!! Love the freezer on the bottom....with the two extra drawers....so much room!!! And have the door in the door on the refrigerator!!! It is very handy. We keep all our drinks at hand and we are hardly in the fridge at all except at mealtimes now. Love this appliance!!!!!

I read the reviews, was worried about the door, but it was the fridge I wanted, so I took the plunge. Only been a month, but the fridge is lovely, so bright inside, love the door in door, for those quick grabs without opening it all up... hug freezer area, with 3 drawers and extra ice bin, is super smart. A win, win for me !

Cool, great looking fridge. Lots of compliments! It met most of my expectations and works great. Only complaint is shelves have to be adjusted too much to fit standard tall bottles, like 2 liter soda and wine. So you'll have less space inside the already limited counter- depth capacity. And the instaview door cannot accomodate tall bottles or adjust height. Otherwise, quality is excellent and the black stainless finish and glass door look modern and beautiful. Great product - I'd recommend.

Really like the refrigerator but honestly the instaview was un-necessary. could have went with the standard refrigerator and saved some money as it needs to be pulled out past the counter for the doors to open which leaves 6 extra inches behind it. looking into exchanging for the standard depth.

My wife and I spent a lot of time researching fridges before making our purchase. We initially looking for a Whirlpool to go with the rest of the appliances in our new home and realized quickly that in the counter-depth there weren't a lot of options. We found that for the price, the LG offered the highest quality for the price (drawers open/close smoothly, shelves felt more sturdy, and freezer door felt the most stable). The "knock twice" functionality is likely more of a novelty than anything else. When we have it full of drinks/condiments you can't really see what's in the fridge itself. But, it's been a great conversation piece when we've had company over. After about a month of heavy use, we have had no issues. I would highly recommend this fridge!

3 year 11 months since purchase, not cooling(refrig to 47F, freezer to 27F) even though compressor kept running. Internet search showed class action covering 5 years repair (parts and labor). Commend LG Repair service: came next business day, replaced compressor AND evaporator (which had caused compressor to run continuously and then failed). Technician returned next day to flush lines to rectify blocked refrigerant circulation. Functioning normally now with compressor running minimally. Will continue to monitor closely. Remaining Warranty 6 years!

After reading all the reviews and the company offering a 10 yr guarantee on the compressor I was more inclined to purchase this fridge. If you read a lot of the reviews it’s not even for this model lol. Awesome fridge, great size and love the ice machine and filters option. This is one modern and sleek fridge

This is an excellent refrigerator with just enough bells and whistles. The door inside the door does keep often accessed items convenient while not letting the cold air inside the refrigerator escape at every door opening. Water and ice dispensers on doors should turn on a light when they are accessed. This one does. Most others don't.

The LG French Door Refrigerator was a great choice and excellent replacement. The features are great, and the counter depth style almost makes it look and feel like a built in. Glad we did not pass this model by. It has only been a month, but so far so good.
