    This is a beautiful refrigerator. Purchased a year ago. I only gave it 3 stars and not more because the glass shelves are VERY fragile. I've had to replace 2 already. Consider this before purchasing.

    terrible ice maker and design doesn't dispense consistently or at all does not hv a light splashes everywhere when it does doesn't make enough ice

    Not sure if my wife likes the refrigerator. She was thoroughly disappointed that the shelves can't be adjusted. She said if she had known she wouldn't have bought it.

    The glass lid to the bottom drawer exploded on my child. After many phone calls on my part and poor customer service, they haven’t made it right yet. Also, delivery was repeatedly delayed on their part.

    Chemical Smell

    Purchased 60 days ago, it started creating chemical type smell that permeated foods and ice. Best Buy wont do anything and good luck with LG still waiting on them. As it stands now avoid...

    Great fridge only it was too deep for my opening and the doors are so close to the floor they scraped my feet a few times. A little noisy when the compressor runs. It is roomy and good quality plus attractive.

    I have had the unit only a week so not much experience so far. One issue was trying to remove ice contains when full. Impossible to do per instruction I had to partially empty cubed ice through dispensed then was able to lift it out as described. On off indicators are unclear on v control panes on refrigerator side panel. Does the light mean ice maker is on or off? There is little height adjustment for shelves or bins Lower bins as re difficult to pull out

    Less than one month after delivery the motherboard failed. We had wait 5 days for the LG tech to show up to troubleshoot. Tech brought the wrong motherboard -- ordered another one and we had to wait another 5 days til they could install -- No working fridge 10 days

    Fridge is good for the price. We were in desperate need for a fridge and Best buy came through.
