We looked at lots of refrigerator models. We really did not prefer stainless and would rather have had the GE Slate or Frigidaire smudge proof, but their interior space was not efficient like the LG. You have to get used to the ice and water dispenser as it requires you to be close if you don't want spills, but once you learn how to do it properly, it's just fine. The only major complaint is that it leans back too much and you can't adjust the wheels to level it off or raise the the rear wheels. We know other brands like Samsung also lean back, but it should be more level. You can level it left to right, however. The front doors have hinge covers on top that may make it taller than other brands. In our case, I had to notch out a trim bar in order to make it push all of the way back. The can storage on the ice maker side works well, but the interior layout will require some experimentation over time. We still don't have it optimized.

I love my new refrigerator. It has way more space than I anticipated. Considering it is counter depth which is 6 1/2” smaller than what I had it has tons of room

I was a little skeptical due to the amount of negative reviews, but I reviewed other refrigerator manufacturers and discovered they all have a lot of negative reviews. Have two family members that have a similar LG refrigerator as this one and they had nothing bad to say. Since we really loved the look, lighting, location of the ice maker, and assisted opening on the freezer handle, we simply purchased the Geek Squad coverage and crossed our fingers. Only a month in and is working great. Quiet (relative-it does have a compressor) and seems to keep everything cool. It looks great and really blends in with our other black appliances.

Great fridge overall! The pull out bin at the bottom of the fridge (meats/cheese) seems a bit flimsy, so time will tell how it holds up. Runs quietly, lighting is nice, lots of adjustable spaces and shelving.

I love this new fridge. It's so spacious and I can see everything in it. The freezer isn't the easiest to pull stuff out of, especially if items are on the large side. But honestly, we didn't buy this for the freezer (we have a chest freezer).

Because of my new house and the space available, I had to buy a counter-depth fridge and I was worried I wouldn't have enough space. I've owned this fridge for just under 4 months now and I love it! It has a ton of space (deceivingly) and has been working great so far. I don't have any issues with the doors. One thing to look out for is if you regularly buy a lot of tall bottles and jugs there is only a small space on the right where you can slide the shelf in and the doors on the right. So keep that in mind. Otherwise, great buy!

Got the counter depth refrigerator which is taking some getting used to but overall it is a great refrigerator, only gripe is the right door has a bottom shelf that becomes useless/lost when using the middle shelf for milk.

Enjoy our new refridgerator. It has great lighting to see everything and when you have it filled up with groceries it is easy to find what you are looking for. The ice and water maker work great, but has a light for ice but not for the water so it is hard to see.Keeps everything nice and cold and is very quiet. I would recommend.

The refrigerator is very good. It runs quietly and has a large capacity. The exterior is good and holds up to finger prints. Only negative is the ice maker drips a view drops of water after each use.

The refrigerator was finally installed on Tuesday. So far I am very happy with it. At least after I understood how the ice maker worked. I was confused by the length of time it took to cool down enough temperature-wise and drawing 2.5 gallons of water before it made the first batch. I tried the crushed ice last night and was quite pleased with the speed and the silence with which it did the job. I like the style and the appearance. It also runs very quietly. It seems to be of very good quality.

Looked at a ton of different fridges and a lot of different configurations, but this one made the most sense from a features, size, and price standpoint. Maybe the most storage space in this size, a huge fridge section and an easily accessible / easy to organize freezer drawer. Water comes out a little slow but that might be a water pressure issue on my end. It was delivered with a dented handle but the guys were super good about getting a replacement part ordered fast.

This is counter depth. Makes my kitchen look spacious we like it so far. Water tap is no intuitive. Not sure why they had to design that way. However it works fine. Bestbuy is a great place to buy.

After 9 months of researching this purchase, I decided on this refrigerator. This was a replacement for a Samsung refrigerator that died six months after I bought it so I was extra cautious. I am so happy with it. The inside is set up just the way I like to and is flexible. The ice reservoir is small, but is plenty for my small family or ladies night. If I'm have a larger gathering, I just buy some ice for that event. Otherwise, it makes enough for our daily use. It's also very quiet!

Beautiful finish and quiet. Looks great in the kitchen. Waiting for LG to come out with matching in-wall oven microwave combo.

This frig has way more room than you could imagine for a counter depth frig. Much more than my side by side we replaced it with. Great lighting, lots of shelves and live the drawers and movable shelf to accommodate tall items.

I moved into a new home where my only choice was counter depth. Not only was this the largest cu ft of any model I saw, the design with the French doors and adjustable shelving make it fit more than one would think. The ice maker is a bit small if you have an ice guzzling family, but if you don't, there is an ice storage bucket in the freezer where you can keep extra ice you've made handy for when guests etc come over to make sure you don't run out.

Looks and works great. Shows fingerprints easily. I like the water and ice, which has a light for a fill up late at night. I had to go with counter depth, which is sooooo shallow. I can barely put any food in it. I am used to a deep fridge that holds a lot for a family with multiple boys. I would recommend counter depth for a couple, no kids. But sometimes design over powers function. This time it did. But the fridge is fine. I think the drawers r to shallow for holding veggies and fruit. Freezer barely holds three dozen pizza boxes.
