The guys from Best Buy were great in the set up as well. The fridge is awesome lots of room and the smart ice maker and filter is GREAT.

I got this as an open box, it works very well, I like the color which will make me to chenge my range and microwave to black stainless

Works well, I only wish that it had more space for gallon size containers on the door. It only has room for two. I like having 2 ice makers.

We were shopping specifically for black stainless appliances, the choice of manufacturer is either LG or Samsung that offer this. Reviews were good for either, I've usually been a Whirlpool kitchen appliance buyer, I've heard that they'll be offering black stainless in the near future. I bought a set of Samsung front loading washer & dryers a few years back, had several issues with the dryer, that brand experience was not favorable. I read the online reviews online & CR, similar on both brands. Didn't think I would want the 4th door, separate middle pullout drawer, but making sandwhiches the past month I realized opening both French doors every time to make a sandwhich is a pain. Don't think the door in door feature has been an option I have missed. A month in, so far so good

Fit perfectly in my old space. We have plenty of ice and I love the fact that there is more in the bottom freezer if needed. It is quite.

This is the best refrigerator i have yet to own. Plenty of room, in door ice and it reminds me if i dont close the door.

This refrigerator has so much space. I love it. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

The fridge is great though it can be a pain to open two doors when you need get in the drawers but all in all it is a good fridge.

I haven't had this refrigerator long enough to comment on it's long term efficiency, but it certainly looks great in our kitchen. We bought this unit along with the microwave, gas stove and dishwasher and they look wonderful in black stainless. The finish certainly does seem to be resistant to smudges and finger prints and wipes down easily. The capacity is large enough for our needs but the shelves on the doors are much shallower than our older unit. The freezer is nicely laid out and the water/ice dispenser looks great and works well.

The fridge has lots of space. Ice maker is great and has a deep freezer. Color is great and stays clean looking.

I like the spacious area, dual ice maker, and a water dispenser that's easy to use. This was a good purchase, especially with Best Buy's price matching poliicy.

Many LGs have developed a reputation for having a problematic ice maker; this one does. not. At least not like the Samsungs. This one looks nice; is truly smudge-resistant and because it does not have a ton of features, it does not give you too many problems. The size of the actual fridge is larger than most in its class. The freezer could use some organizing but is large enough. Overall, a good purchase.

We purchased this specific model because it was counter-depth and the french door style, a combination that can be surprisingly hard to find. We had to install the refrigerator ourselves, which wasn't too bad (removing doors, reconnecting water lines, etc. was fairly easy). The finish is more or less fingerprint resistant and the ice-makers work well so far. No complaints yet; everything that is supposed to be cold/ frozen is just that. The real test will be durability - stay tuned.

We decided to replace our kitchen appliances, although they were all working fine (they were just over 21 years old). They say 'don't fix it if it ain't broke', but we did it anyway. My wife liked this refrigerator on the showroom floor, so we went with LG (for everything). After a month or so, this refrigerator has been working fine. The compartments (shelves, drawers) aren't as efficient as our previous Whirlpool, but we'll get used to it (I guess).
