Bought this tv for the kitchen and keep it on a lot during the day. It was easy to set up and operate. The color is good on it, as well as the sound, and it’s just the right size to fit under the cabinets. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a tv for a smaller space.

Great product, and you can't beat the price. It was so simple to set up. There was a minor glitch was attributed to the cable at a spliced section in the attic. The t,v, was flawless. I am a big fan of LG. We bought a 47" for the Master bed room, a 55" for the Living room, and this 24" was for the front/guest bedroom. We also have a 20"Samsung in front of treadmill in the back office. All of these were purchased at BestBuy.We have had excellent service out of all four thus far.

Picture looks outstanding. I was originally going to go with a cheaper brand tv with 1080 definition. But LG is a quality tv and I know that smaller than 42 inch tv size doesn't require 1080 HD. So, I opted for this tv because it was a great deal. There were some bad reviews on-line because of the speakers. All you have to do is actually take the one minute to set up the sound settings. It sounds good. Same with the noise it makes when you turn it on and off, that people were complaining about. If people actually take a look at settings, they would have seen you can turn that off. This tv is a definite quality at it's price point. The definition is so nice, I think it would work as a computer screen. The remote is very easy to use. I like simple easy buttons. Don't let the reviewers who don't know how to press a menu button scare you off. This is a good buy!

The LG tv I purchased from Best Buy is a great Tv with fine quality in sound and picture image It is also lightweight and easy to move from one room to another I highly recommend this TV. The Tv stand is built in the middle of the TV instead of on the ends which makes it very flexible. Thanks Best Buy.

First, I got this for a kitchen and it is VESA mounted under a wall cabinet. I have several LG TVs and PC monitors, but didn't expect much and couldn't pass it up at the price to replace a dying 9-year old 19" LCD Insignia also bought at BB. I initially looked into forking out $150 for a 1080p 24" but since this is connected to an AT&T DVR and they are still stuck in early '00s 720p for channels, I couldn't use a 1080p TV to full potential anyway for just TV watching while cooking and cleaning the kitchen. Out of the box the display was an immediately noticeable improvement over the old TV. I ran my display calibration tool used for TVs and monitors and have it set up like a PC monitor (bright, lots of colors, deep black level). The picture is fantastic! Photos don't do it justice. If you aren't into doing your own calibration settings in the menu or don't have a display calibration tool, there are many display options to choose from (default, game, movie, etc.). Also the 75x75 VESA mount option is nice as not all TVs in this size and class have that, especially at this price point. I did not have an issue with the speakers being weak once I used the DVR volume to pump it up. I believe many complaints of weak speakers are from people who don't know how to manage the video source's volume which is separate from the TV's volume. Also the screen is semi-gloss so you will get reflections from bright lights and windows if that matters to you (my Insignia was full anti-reflection matte). On the other hand, when you go glossy or semi glossy on a display, it helps maximize the color pop and picture and text character clarity (not so fuzzy). I would not have bought this TV at the original $119.99 price because there are better alternatives with more input options for not much more money (and even smart TVs). So if you just need a basic TV and only need one HDMI input, this is a very good buy at $100 or less and this videophile highly recommends!

My 71 yr old mom asked me to replace her 20" 100lb tv (a bit of an exaggeration....but it was an old school tv....not flat screen). This tv fit the bill. It was reasonably priced and light enough for my mom to move it around her apartment. It has a great clear picture so my mom can watch Wheel of Fortune without difficulty....the picture is so clear, however, she wanted to know when Pat had aged so much! hehehe

Chose this small 24 inch LG TV since needed center pedestal. Picture and sound very good. Easy to set up. Excellent price. Unfortunately, now need to purchase replacement DVD with HDMI connection - no 3 color connection inputs on this model.

This is a great TV for its size. Very easy to attach the stand and it provides a clear and dynamic picture. Easy to navigate through the menu and settings. I think it could be hard to find a better TV at this price.

Excellent basic tv. The tv is light and takes up less space. I like that it uses a pedestal. The colors look accurate. The sound is ok. It’s basic features make it great for the elderly. No confusing menus. This tv is limited to one hdmi input.

Use it as a computer monitor and also to watch TV in my backyard. Picture quality from my Macbook pro (through HDMI) is not flawless, but pretty good. Overall picture quality from Roku stick is also decent. You will not find a better TV for the price.

This small 24" LED HD TV is perfect for the small wall space in our kitchen. It was easy to mount on the wall. The quality of the TV is better than expected and the color is outstanding.

Great tv for that backroom or guest bedroom when you don't have a ton of space to work with and a limited budget. Decent color and brightness, sturdy stand. Speakers are a bit on the cheap side, but the audio modes definitely help with volume and hear dialog easily.

Great price and I needed a center stand, not legs. I was super disappointed in the volume at first. Even in a small bedroom I wanted just a bit more. Then I started fiddling with the settings and I got about another 40-50% volume. Go to Settings, Audio, Auto Volume. Default was OFF, I turned it ON and got an immediate boost in volume. I don’t know what Auto Volume is but try it. Then, I slid the Treble and Bass bars from default 50% to 100% and got more volume. Now I can actually have it less than max volume. Once solved, I totally love this TV.

My widowed and handy-capped aunt in her 80's needed a replacement for her beloved but dead 19" Samsung TV, so I bought two different brand and size TVs to give her a choice (planning to return the loser) - a 19" (her preferred size) Insignia (an American built brand I had never heard of), and this 24" LG for a slightly larger size to hopefully improve somewhat the legibility of screen print info for her. For her, totally inexplicable to me wanting her to pick the LG, there was no choice...she adamently preferred the 19" Insignia without rhyme or reason IMO. But then after unsuccessfully trying to convince her the LG's larger screen should server her better, I found in running both through their paces, that Insignia's tuner surprisingly pulled in half dozen or more channels from her afordable rooftop's antenna than LG's did, including one she liked to watch occasionally that her former Samsung had also been able to pick up. Well, that relative channel displaying performance discovery finally convinced me as well. OTOH, most viewers these days see only the channels their cable or satellite's separate receiver box hands them, so any lesser channel sensitivity of a receiver for antenna signals would never be detected, and hence would obviously not be a factor in making a similar choice between brands or models. OTOH, if a buyer is an antenna user, a model's tuner performance, although not easily determined before purchase, should definitely be a factor in any final decision between brands (and possibly also between models of the same brand).

This tv gets an outstanding picture with brilliant color and crisp detail. It was very easy to set-up and operate. For a small tv the sound quality is exceptional. It is also very light in weight and easy to move from place to place.

I had to return my first purchase (24 “ LG TV) because it did not have capability to connect a sound bar. When I took the set back I spoke to an associate and he made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. After looking at all available TV’s I chose this model as I was able to fit the larger screen size in my space. The picture quality is great and setup was quick and easy. I would recommend this unit for anyone with limited space.

I needed a small tv for the living area of my RV, and this has worked out great. The only complaint is the volume is lacking quite a bit. If there is any other noise going on inside the RV, or close outside, the volume has to be turned up full blast...and still isn't "loud" even then. Otherwise, a great little tv.

Slightly slow to open (not instant on), but the picture is excellent for such a small TV. I have no problems with sound quality. Colors seem to be true. Lightweight. Easy setup.
