We have this dishwasher for 3 months now in a home we are yet to move into but its performance is great. Our area has heavy calcium in the water and the dishwasher leaves no drippy residue and everything comes out sparling clean. Only complaint and we have not yet used it that much or moved into that house is that you need to pre-rinse the dishes so that particles are not left on the dishes after cycles are finished/ Quiet as one could wish for and the design with the extra utensil tray on top of the top rack is a great use of space. It does not have a cancel wash button which surprised me but maybe I just have not found it yet!

Purchased and installed by Best Buy. 1. The inside layout is horrible for holding certain dishes such as bowls or larger dishes. 2. After about 1-2 weeks after install I noticed my pergo floor was starting to raise up and warp. I then found that the dishwasher was leaking toward the back of the machine. Tech determined that is was a product flaw and not the install. He ordered parts but I wanted a new machine since it came from factory with defect. LG would not authorize a new machine.
