Overall, it's a good dishwasher. However, the glass rack isn't good for wine glasses. The rack isn't easily adjustable. I couldn't get it straight. I thought I would like the third rack, but it's in my way and useless.

Overall I like this washing machine. It is very quiet and cleans well. My biggest complaint is the spacing of the separators in lower and upper racks. It does not allow for dishes to find a nice efficient fit. Also, the lower rack separators have the ability to fold down, which would seem to add some nice flexibility to dish placement. But they tend to fall over, with minimal pressure from the dishes and tend to be more annoying than helpful.

I was particularly impressed with the Best Buy personnel who handled the details of arranging for the installation of the dishwasher. There had been some confusion about this but the manager of that department solved the problem without my having to "plead" my case. Very humane; thanks.

Our Bosch dishwasher went out and this has been a good replacement. Happy with the way it cleans the dishes.

Both motors failed in just over 4 years. We had the drain motor replaced for about $300, then the main motor failed. At $500, we declined repairing it, as the original cost was $800. The 10 Year Direct Drive warranty is garbage, as the authorized repair techs won't deal with LG to attempt warranty replacement. Also, the middle sprayer arm falls off all the time, and has to be reseated.

I don't know what the parts are called.. but after being installed for a year I had new floors put in my house. When we pulled the dishwasher out we discover the water cell/tank on the left side of the unit would fill with water on every cycle, then slowly leak out. This was a factory defect and caused significant mold damage under my sink and dishwasher cabinet. LG should stick to making TV's and stay out of the appliance game.

This dishwasher is hard working just like my husband! The top rack for the glasses, however, can be challenging. Some times my tall glasses just don't want to sit right.

It cleans very well. I love the 3 racks. Be sure to read the instructions on operating it. It has a lot of features that you will want to know about.

Nice quiet while washing. Operates well. We are having a small issue with residue on the wine glasses

I just got this dishwasher a bit ago, was iffy on how well it would work, but I do have to say no complaint, so far so good. Does what I need it to do.

We are very impressed with the look of the unit. We also like the third rack. The unit has a very deep tub and versatile rack system that allows various configurations.

Its hard to get too excited about a dish washer, however this one is the best we ever owned. Nice and quiet with lots of features. The 3rd tray does not seem to take up too much room and is nice to use.

Has never cleaned as good as old dishwasher doesn't dry dishes very well and Is now not working

Not pleased. Dishes can sit in the dishwasher for a week and are never dry.

The dishwasher does not dry items., We even select the extra dry option and still does not work.

It's quiet and cleans the dishes well. Those are the 2 biggest requirements. Installation went well and even though the installers said it was simple I am glad I paid for the professional install. All that being said, here are my minor issues so far...the auto was cycle is over 2 hours long sheesh. I suppose if the water usage is under 4 gallons it does a good job of recycling and filtering the water so it isn't washing with dirty water. Lastly, the adjustable racks just kind of drop all of a sudden I wish they would ratchet down and up instead so it doesn't just drop and jar the dishes in the rack. Still, appears to be a good purchase so far. Update to follow since I am not sure about this "hybrid" drying system without a heating element but I want to try it out longer first.

We absolutely love all of our Best Buy LG appliances. We had a couple of setbacks but Best Buy was amazing into care of us.

This unit take forever to finish a wash cycle and dishes never get completely dry. Unit also retains food odors.

Love this dishwasher. Cleans so well, and you can't hardly tell it's running its so quiet! Happy with the amount of dishes it holds as well! LG does mean Life's Good!

I would recommend this dishwasher, lots of power and will get your dishes clean the first time.
