It runs quietly, keeps everything perfectly cold, and has plenty of space for all my groceries. The design is sleek and modern, and the shelves are adjustable and convenient. Great quality and great value—I highly recommend it!

First off, this fridge is BIG. That is great for storage, but I will say it does stick out far past the counters. Just know that going in if you choose it. It works for us, but that is the biggest "check before you buy" that I can give. We have a new build home and it fit easily in the width we were provided (room for a mop and broom on the side) and under the cabinet. It's just pretty deep. Also, we couldn't likely afford to splurge on this model if it weren't on sale, but at the sale prices it was a great deal for so much fridge and features. Some of the best features are: - Ice produced both in the door and in a tray in the freezer (allows for quick cooler ice fills without emptying all the ice). - The door shelves on both sides are smartly sized to fit common items well. - The wide bottom drawer in the fridge is great for cheeses, meats, etc., (compared to having them buried under each other in the past) though sometimes it feels annoying to have to open both doors to access these common items. It will also be great for occasional large item storage like cakes. - The freezer drawer and shelf are smartly done and slide smoothly. - I love that the on-door display shows the temperature setting and filter status (good peace of mind). - My wife has been using the app, and she loves it for the control. It also allows you to temporarily up the ice production levels in advance of a party. - My wife also loves the instaview, but I think since we always keep the same stuff in there the view doesn't do much good most of the time. The unlit black window still adds some contrast either way, instead of a solid silver mass standing there. Small cons: - Like most fridges, you can't run the door water/ice even with the other door open but the water door closed. Why? - It beeps at you after probably 30 seconds of having the doors open. A great feature if a door is accidentally left open, but annoying when loading in lots of groceries. It can't be changed as far as we can tell. A great fridge, and best buy delivery was helpful and friendly.

This fridge is great. It's quite, energy efficient, plenty of space in fridge & freezer. we waited for two weeks for this fridge and i can say it was worth the wait. my wife likes the size of the bottom freezer and dual ice makers. I love the knock feature .I can to access my drinks without fully opening up the refrigerator is awesome and the ability to knock twice and see all your drinks at that side is amazing, also to see my food .Price is little bit high but you have to pay for quality thanks LG for another amazing product.

This fridge is amazing. I never knew I needed double ice makers, a quick access door, fresh water filter, air filter, etc. until I bought this fridge. All of my fresh produce lasts 2-3 times longer than before = less food thrown away. The fresh air filter is incredible. I have never opened the doors and smelled anything off, or foul in any way whatsoever. The climate options on both drawers literally keeps fruits and vegetables crisp and fresh forever - possibly. I had a head of romaine lettuce last almost 5 weeks before I noticed any sort of coloring on the root area. Even then, the lettuce leaves were still perfect color and crisp. The filtered water for both ice makers is a must have. Never again will my ice pick up a freezer scent or add any off flavors to another drink. I never knew how much of an impact a fridge could make on your life until now. Would buy again & highly recommend.

i waited for over a month for this fridge & i can honestly say it was worth the wait...the D-I-D option is great...we use that little door more often than i thought we would & the knock feature is a plus...dual ice makers means no more ice shortages & the wife likes the size of the bottom freezer too...my only complaint would be the price...over 3 G's for one appliance is a lot of $$$...

This fridge is fantastic. It's very quite, energy efficient, plenty of space in both the fridge & freezer sections. Dual ice makers, filtered water, and monitors energy consumption & # of times doors open/hour which you may track via the LG ThinQ app.

The fridge is very nice and perfect in our kitchen! Store the food clean and don’t easily get rotten especially for the vegetables and fruits and also meats too!! The ice maker is also fast and it easily gets full right away. The ice crasher and the water on the door is also great esp this summer! The knock2 door is the very amazing feature too that you can easily see what you always want in the fridge ! All in all great price great value and quality that can make your home beautiful and health good!!!

Outstanding refrigerator. A little pricey at regular price $3299. Watch for sales. You are definitely paying extra for unnecessary options. The door in door was a feature that I liked, but the indoor window is not necessary. The top shelves in the door are so small they are almost unusable and unfortunately not adjustable. The refrigerator is very well built and everything operates as it should, especially the in door ice maker. Other brands have struggled with this feature. The LG app is convenient to monitor performance and energy consumption. I don’t second guess this purchase.

The Best Buy installation team, Shawn and Kenny, did an amazing job. We love this refrigerator. It has very nice features. Tons of room. We upgraded from a side by side refrigerator to this one. Dimension wise, bith refrigerators were similar but the inside room of this LG refrigerator is amazing. The inside is very bright and the features are awesome. I will uodate the review after a month of usage.

I absolutely love the door-in-door. We don't use the instaview as much as I thought possibly because it's difficult to see beyond what's stored in the door. It's also great because the dog can lay in front of this and we can still get into the refrigerator. The not so great things: The access to the condiments in the door storage is difficult. The ledge to hold things in on the top and bottom shelves is taller than they need to be and makes it very difficult to get things in and out. You have 3" opening and a 3" ledge. This unit replaced a side by side unit. I feel that the freezer is difficult to get used to. I'm not sure where to put things so that I can see what's in there.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month and a half now and it’s been a great unit so far. We love the Insta view door and also how much room we have. Granted we’ve had it for a short period of time so far but it’s great.

Perfect replacement for our old fridge. The ice makers creates a decent amount of ice! The door in door feature is great! We had LG before and I trust that this will be with us for many years

Really enjoying my refrigerator! Love the filter water dispenser, and especially the crush ice. Love the glass panel door . So convenient with the bottom freezer. Overall very pleased !

It's okay. Haven't had it very long yet. The knock to view thing sounded cool at first but it's honestly useless. My biggest annoyance with this fridge is that the right door (with the panel) doesn't stay open like the left door does. I end up having to open a drawer to keep it propped open. EXTREMELY annoying while putting groceries away. I literally would have bought a different fridge if I had known about and experienced that beforehand. The door ice maker gets jammed a LOT. I constantly have to open it up and break up the ice. The secondary ice maker down in the freezer section is a lifesaver because of this.

I've had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks now. I'm happy with everything except the bottom ice maker. No matter how low I turn the water pressure down, it splashes over the tray or it overfills and runs out of the tray. The instructions says it must be 40 lbs on the low end. I've got it down way below that. In fact, the water from the dispenser is down to a trickle. I have done everything they say by putting a shut off valve in-line. I haven't removed the ice maker to see if something is wrong there. The LG forum says it is very hard to get service work done. I'm still trying to solve it but it's not looking good at this point.
