I love my LG refrigerator!! I went from a side by side refrigerator to a french door refrigerator and I am so happy that I did. There is so much more room and it looks so much more organized.

I love everything about this refrigerator! Price for Memorial day sale was great. The only thing was i thought i chose "dual ice maker" which i was at first thought included craft ice. So did sales associate. Its not! I almost returned it but didnt. The extra bin of ice in bottom freezer is still great!

I’ve had this refrigerator for a year and a half and they have replace the freezer ice maker 3 times, (makes ice but doesn’t turn to drop ice in the ice bin) Also the painting in the front door is chipping. Beautiful refrigerator but total disappointment.

In the month 11 problems started. First problem was on water filter. LG technician told the connection part is very cheap plastic that's why it is broken easily. Since the broken part filter started to leak. That part wasnot available and we had to wait 10 days for the part. Until that time LG service did not do anything to stop the leak. Since all the leaked water fill and freeze the cooling fan refrigerator stop cooling. We had to dispose all the food in refrigerator. When LG service came again they had to de-frost all the ice in refrigerator and I had to dispose all the food in the freezer again. I think I had to throw and donate $500 valued food. Plus no refrigerator use more than 2 weeks and still spending money to buy ready food. I wish I could do more research about the reliability of the brands. Now I am looking for a new refrigerator just a year after brand new purchase. Definitely I will stay away from LG. Probably buy Bosch or GE.

It leaks by the Ice&Water system. It looks really gross! Can't even show to your guest.

Just had our refrigerator break (compressor died) after only 7 years, so we went to BB to see what they had on the floor luckily they had one of these on the floor to take with us. Really was not sure about the linear compressor because unlike the old frig were you can feel the cold circulate around this one does not do that so I thought it was broke. It took about 4 fours to start feeling the cold but once it got there it was good to go. Also this frig is so quiet you think don't think it is running. I really like this frig with all the extra features the front peek door makes it easy to grab things that we get out of the frig frequently so that you are not letting all the cold get out. The dual ice makers are great never have to worry about running out. Organization is really great with all the drawers and shelves and the food seems to be very fresh. Vegetables are very crisp and seem to last longer in this frig as well. And the finish on it is really nice looks good and really does not have fingerprints all over it. Overall I would buy this frig again if I had to and I hope I don't have to get another frig for several years.

I purchased this refrigerator last June, so with several months of use I am ready to ready to review this item. In general, we are very happy with the product. The two ice makers is a definite bonus. The in-door ice dispenser makes smaller cubes very quickly that are just the right size for your glass. The in-freezer collector has the standard (large) cubes best suited for an ice chest. We love the glass front with knock to view. The item is very quiet. The linear compressor means it is basically always running. You never hear it start up or see the lights dim. This also makes it more power efficient. The WIFI connection and app was great.... at first. Here is my only complaint. I downloaded LG ThinQ for my iPhone. It allows you to adjust the settings and even warns you via push notification if the door is left open for 10 minutes. That helped us at first when we were out of town and the kids left the door open. After a while it started nagging me that the water and air filters needed to be changed. That is fair. We changed them and reset the timer. Now it is constantly spamming me about unrelated products. It was particularly intrusive during Christmas season. This has forced me to disable push notifications for that app, but now I no longer get warnings if the door is left open or filters need to be changed. I really wish LG would be more sensitive to this type of aggressive marketing. There should be a way to opt-out like any other SPAM.
